The food is well worth the wait. My in-laws request we go here multiple times any time they are in town. Even the salads are delicious and a great compliment to the pizza.

We love VIA 313! We come back every few months. The service is always kind and helpful and the PIZZA IS DELICIOUS. My personal favorite is the Cadillac pizza, but everything we’ve tried has been so good.

Waited 30 minutes for our food, that ended being wrong (but we get it, that can happen, we were chill about it). Our waiter did his best at rushing the next order so we didn’t have to wait quite as long, and did a good job keeping us posted and not left hanging.
The reason I’m giving it a 1 star is because when we checked out, and they hand over their machine to add a tip and you’re trying to not take forever with it, the suggested tips were way higher than I was expecting.. so I customized a tip “lower” than the suggested 18%, of $20 (on a $71 bill)…. I hated tipping lower than 20% and felt off so I checked the receipt and the math DID NOT MATH… I tipped 28%!!!!! I feel scammed and taken advantage of. So messed up.

The last few times we have come to the Lehi Via313 there is hardly anyone else in, which means we get seated right away. However the food takes over an hour to get since they prioritize take out orders before those of us in the restaurant. Meanwhile our 1 year old is completely over the situation by the time our food gets to the table and we have to hurry and eat and leave. We mentioned it to our waiter on Sunday who was very nice and passed along the message to management. However Moriah who was the manager, came over and was very disrespectful to us, took 0 accountability for the long wait and made multiple excuses which caused my husband to walk away. She should be demoted or trained on customer service!! She is the reason plus the slow service that will have us going to the Orem location from now on. Don’t waste your time on the Lehi branch!

Texas road house across the street was super busy. My family was really hungry so we stopped by 313 for dinner. Chill atmosphere when you walk in and friendly service. When the food came out, I was in heaven. This spot is now a spot to stop and eat for me and my family.

My wife and I both love the Via 313 in Lehi. Hands down the best gluten free pizza you can find in Utah county. The cinnamon sticks are amazing. Last week my wife tried hub cap which is the cookie/ice cream dessert and she loved it. Always welcoming staff members and a great place for family. Would highly recommend.
We celebrated my son’s graduation here tonight and the staff went above and beyond to make our night amazing. GM Mariah and server Quinn stepped up in every way with stellar customer service for our large group of 23 people. With kids, grandparents and teenagers in addition to all of the rest of us, it was a busy table, and they were on top of the drinks and food and even brought out a congrats card signed by all of the staff for my son. Truly amazing human beings and will ensure that we will be back often. Stellar job Via 313 Lehi, and a huge thanks to Mariah and Quinn!!!

I really enjoy Via but the amount of times that I have had to wait and extra 10-15 minutes for my food when I do a pick up is crazy. I love the food but I would rather be quoted a longer time than me show up and wait 10 more minutes for my food. The frustrating part is the sit down area isn’t even that busy!

The pizza is great however you have to wait a long time for the pizza and they wouldn't take our order while we were waiting. There were plenty of empty tables just not one big enough for our party. The whole experience was about 2 hours.
