I’m giving them one star for everything. I’m sorry but the lady working the window I believe her name is Melissa. She has an attitude from hell. Super rude and doesn’t show excitement when she is the manager of the store. This isn’t the first time I have encountered her rudeness but I’m sick of it. I will no longer support this location.

Went through the drive through for lunch and the lady taking orders was SO RUDE. I didn’t even get to the speaker yet and asks for my order, I tell her and she asks what to drink, I didn’t even finish my sentence of drink and she cuts me off with what sauce I wanted. Not only that, she says, “is that it?” I asked for a frosty. “Is that it?” Why are you so rude? You are in customer service. Let people speak. Let people take their order without being cutoff and rushed as if it is an inconvenience where you applied to work. The frosty was overflowing from the cup and was getting all over. No napkins. And I was practically thrown my food and they closed the window without a word. I have never seen so much disrespect in a work place, let alone, customer service. Seems like higher ups need to get involved as this seems like a reoccurring problem.

I went through the drive through today and was absolutely upset. The woman taking our order was INCREDIBLY rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She messed up our order in the drive through and handed us our food without saying anything. While we were taking our order she sternly asked us what we wanted 3 times as if she was upset and we had to repeat ourselves. The lack of respect was astonishing. She was older and had tattoos.

I'm a door dash driver, I came in to the store and with a kindred spirit said Good Morning! Hoping I would get a nice response, being the new year and all, I didn't get greeted, also the staff member, no name tag , short lady with blue or green eyes, look at me with a long face, didn't confirm wich order was mine, I felt it was rude. No other interactions, no thank you, nothing. Store manager, please have some one friendly at the front of the store. No wonder why your lobby is empty

I received my entire order with no mistakes and perfect time. No waiting. I've gone for many years and I have to say, this time was one of the best! Thank You Wendys!

Parking: Being right next to the freeway makes for a faster, more convenient grab and go

Today, I had a really frustrating experience while doing a delivery for some extra income. Besides being a delivery driver, I’m also a customer at many restaurants in my city, which made this situation even more upsetting.

I arrived at the store to pick up the order, parked my car (it’s worth mentioning that it’s freezing cold here ❄️), and walked to the door, but it was locked. That’s fine, it happens. I went back to my car and drove to the drive-thru instead.

My English isn’t perfect, but I can understand it pretty well. The attendant said something I didn’t understand, so I drove up to the drive-thru window to clarify. There, she told me that pick-up orders were supposed to be picked up inside the store. I explained that the door was locked, but she kept insisting it wasn’t. We went back and forth—me saying it was locked, and her insisting it wasn’t.

What made it worse was that the store was completely empty, and so was the drive-thru. Still, I decided to drive away to check again. And guess what? As soon as I pulled away, I saw someone unlocking the door.

I parked again, went inside, and found the order ready on the counter. All I could think was, why all this unnecessary trouble?

Please, don’t treat delivery drivers this way. We represent the customers at the store, and bad experiences like this can harm both our work and the customer’s perception of your business.
