The dining area is too large and eerily empty. U wanna know why Wendy? Because you got greedy. What happened to the $1 Menu? Because of you, I no longer enjoy the pleasure of your drive-thru employee eneptitude.

Placed a mobile order around 11:50 PM with a pickup time of 10 minutes. We arrived at 11:55 PM—well before the posted closing time of midnight but were told via the drive-thru speaker that they were closed.

We pulled up to the window to try to explain that we had an order and just wanted to ask what to do, but the employee inside refused to even open the window. He was tapping his watch at us and made it clear he was annoyed we were there, instead of acting professionally.

I work in food service, so I get it—we all want to go home at the end of a shift. But you don’t treat customers like that, especially when they placed and paid for an order before closing. It was really disappointing and unprofessional.

I'm just giving it three Stars based on stick to itiveness though their food is usually cold and subpar, they still haven't gone out of business and not saying something for somebody

Dont go to this one. Seriously they are so slow when I was the only person AND they literally couldnt answer a simple question about a sandwhich. It was maddening. Also the food is wildly over priced. If you want a sauage english muffin go to mcdonalds where its still a dollar and not 3.40. Might has well stop being lazy and make your own food for these prices

This location is scetchy as far as customer service goes. On this visit, customer service was great!!! Kind and patient, they apologized for asking me to pull up to the mobile order to wait because I ordered 30 chicken nuggets. Not a problem for me, it's understandable. My order with all the sauces was correct. I look forward to visiting again soon

Lady taking our order through drive through kept showing us our total/finishing it before we were done ordering everything. Then we would order more and she seemed very annoyed with us. Not a fun way to start our morning

Pretty rude starting with taking my order starting with taking my order I had to consistently jail in order for them to hear me maybe that's the issue if there is a money they need to fix that once you get to them they think you're yelling at them because they cannot hear you and then it turns out into a negative conversation send the password abused it seems that when you do the drive-thru there is always issues

My toddler and I came for frosty’s. She dropped it on the ground and made a big mess. Employees instantly came to clean it up as well as give her a new frosty. They didn’t make her feel like she did anything wrong and instead just made it a positive experience. I am so impressed with the service!
