This is the worst fast food breakfast I have ever received. I first got a sausage-egg-cheese biscuit. The biscuit itself was stone cold and hard as a rock. The "egg" was cold and rubbery -- like one of those toy eggs that preschoolers use. The cheese, of course, was not melted. Absolutely inedible. I went back around and told the employee, who offered to replace the sandwich. I got the muffin this time; I'm not sure if it is the Wendy's standard or just this location, but the "muffin" was not toasted, was not warm, the cheese was not melted (the sausage patty and egg were warm, at least). But it was yucky. Nasty. Never going back.

Stand in line for 15 min before you can even order - and that is with two people in front of you. Poorly ran and dirty, ended up leaving before I could order.

They took 20 minutes to give me my chicken sandwich and it was cold by the time I got it. All because the guy decided to chit chat to a DoorDash driver. Then when I take a bite it’s not even cooked all way !!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Took over 20 minutes in the drive thru, shorted us on 2 nuggets which isn’t an accident when there is a 4 count you didn’t miss count.
We literally pulled up to an empty Wendy's, so we're excited because we'll get our food faster. However, we pulled up to a server with no good service. We waited patiently, only to receive poor service.

Everytime I go to this specific Wendy's I always have issues they forget give me half of my order or get it completely wrong they have a high turn over rate. there is always new employees and everytime I try to give them the benefit of the doubt my order is wrong and food is forgotten . Today I ordered 2 biggie bags ,extra chicken sandwich and a large chillie. When he gave me the food I had to ask for my chillie they would have forgot it and my biggie bag had no chicken nuggets in them think this store needs to step it up or something but I think I'm done giving this Wendy's a chance.
