I will never come back I got a Classic sandwich meal with cheese with a coupon and they gave me and old roll in the sandwich I can taste the old bread on it.... really??? That's what they do?? give you a piece of crap for a sandwich since you are using a coupon????.....well they can keep their old food.... never come come back!!!!!

So I recently went to this place and was appalled at what happened to me and this new girl ive been dating but after today my life has been changed for ever and it was not from the lame food they raciely decrimeanate here and honestly told me and her they were calling the cops and yeah it was appalling and everyone else in the reatruant left. I dunno if it’s policy but I’ve never been to this location and not been asked to pull forward to wait on them cooking chicken. Expect to wait about 15 minutes every time you go through the drive through.

Had at least three employees make direct eye contact with myself and my wife while we were waiting in the lobby to order. Not one of them came to take our order. My friend we brought with us got to order and received his food but even then after the “have a nice night sir” was our order taken. I’d understand if it were busy but we were the only people there. Not even anyone in the drive thru. Maybe stop hiring so many teenagers that only care about talking to each other

Very poor service staff. There is very rude. I went to the drive through a few times they did do not give condiments. I called a complaint. The manager was very rude on the phone and hung up on me. I do not recommend this establishment to anybody if they want good customer service.Go somewhere else

So let's start with you and your family can't decide what to do for dinner and you have all the choices and you decide that you're going to go with Arby's in linden well you probably might want to think that especially it's the nighttime manager she is really rude. So starting at the drive-thru I was explaining to her what I wanted and she repeated back the order and I told her that she had the fries wrong that I didn't want crinkle fries and I wanted the curly fries for all four fries and she said you said crinkle first okay well I asked what kind of price you had not that I want to crinkle but I wasn't there an argue with her so I told her well if you already dropped them then that's fine If you are dropped in the fryer that's fine. Well I go on to do my resume order seem like everything's going to be okay then she gets to the shakes wrong on the shakes so that I tell her willing the right one so I get to the window she tells me the totals and everything and like I will be needing a couple coupons that you're using like that's totally fine they're right here. See I need you to park go park forward and it will bring out your food to you I'm like okay so as I get ready to go move forward I'm like oh wait she didn't ask me if I wanted any sauces or anything so I said at the drive-thru and I just look at her cuz she was on her phone well she looks up and then opens the window really rudely I'm like yes I need sauces. And smirk on her face okay and then shuts the window and I pull forward and I'm waiting for my food and this sweet young man Skyler comes and brings me my food very nice ask me pictures anything else you can do for me while I'm sitting there looking through the food I noticed it's crinkle fries in there All four of them He's like would you like me to go in and change your mama like you know what that's fine we'll go ahead and eat them well then I get to the nuggets and they are seriously so small like literally not even a 2-year-old probably be able to eat. So he says you don't let me just see what I can do for you so he made it right he got me the sauces I felt like my experience is a little bit better thanks to Skyler but I don't think this woman should be working in the restaurant industry! I don't care how come your day is I deal with people all day long and I'm as nice as I can be and I'm apologetic I understand! Listen lady you work in the fast food industry I used to do it as a teenager up until I was a manager of a restaurant and you do not disrespect people! And get that look off your face. Again thank you Skyler you deserve a raise and you probably should be the one managing this place

I typically come here when making my weekly Walmart trip. I'm going to start tallying how many times they pull me forward to wait, most often times with no car waiting behind me because right now it feels like its sitting at 90% of the time... perhaps next time Ill simply say no... your car timer can sense me sitting here waiting for my food so that way upper management can see the real times yall have...

I went in to pick up dinner and the owner was there and he was the most kind person my hands were full with food and drinks and he opened every door and offered to help me with the car door if needed. While I was waiting for my food he was walking around to customers and asking his employees how he can help. It was really cool to see that. Lindon will always be my go to Arby’s location now.
