They added a disgusting chunk of the skin on my 1 year olds roast beef sandwich. Don’t go there. There was very little meat and then this is all they put on his. So disappointing and would reccomend others to go to the one in Orem instead.

I went to this Arby's while waiting for my car to get an oil change next door. They were fast and the food was good. However, they asked a homeless man who had purchased food to leave. He had been there for only about an hour, and said that he had not come to this location before. It's really disappointing to see them kick him out after what is really not that long of a time. I don't think that they would have kicked me out while waiting for my car, but they did kick him out even though he is a patron

I love Arby’s but… You guys have the worst drive through I’ve ever driven through. The sad thing is… it’s been like that since I was in high school.
I think it’s time to redo the asphalt and concrete. 😂
Also the service is unbelievably slow. The last few times I’ve been to this location the food is never ready and I have to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food.

Short hair manager looking lady with glasses was a total jerk tonight. She was yelling at her co worker and slammed the window shut on us when we were still talking. Basically we ordered a jamocha shake and it tasted like vanilla and that’s it. We went back through and were super nice and simply said we weren’t sure if it’s just us or what but wanted to make sure it was a jamocha shake and the worker was nice and said we could keep it and they will make us a new one and then that’s when the masher lady flipped out yelling at the co worker and she came out and said to us “umm.. yeah.. can I have that….?” In a very annoyed tone. Anyways that chick needs to be fired cause holy smokes. Feel bad for the people that have to interact and work with her.
