The workers here are literally the best people in the world. I broke down in the drive thru at this location on April 3rd. I ask for assistance from the employees to possibly help push my truck out of the drive thru so others could order.
The employees who came out during there shift to show up to assist me and possibly help jump start my truck when they did not have to but they did it. They also were kind and provided my lunch because of the troubles I was in and I already had a bad day on top of it.
It’s truly hard to find great humans these days but the workers here gave me hope and show there is still amazing humans out there.
Thank you arctic circle in Lindon for the truth help you ALL gave and let me use jumper cables and didn’t mind I was blocking the drive thru. These employees need a raise for the true hearts they have!!! I’ll always return to this location.

Arctic Circle as a whole has gone down in quality over the years. That being said, it's still one of my favorite ice cream places~ The Fry sauce is still fire as hell

I loved going here when I was younger, it's a staple of my childhood. But coming tonight ended being the most unpleasant experience I've ever had there. As my friend and I are leaving an employee comes out yelling at us that we stole a water cup, that they got it on video and we were banned from coming in? I told her I had no idea what she was talking about and she shuts the door and locks us out. She then proceeded to take a picture of us and all of our cars. We were very upset and all I found out was that one of us had grabbed a cup and filled it with water when there was no one around. This was no big deal and he was willing to pay for it as well. I don't appreciate being mistreated and generalized like this. If I ever get harassed coming there again I will report it to management.

This was my first time here. I had high hopes because my friends said they used to come to this place all the time and said the milkshakes here are good. And while the shakes were indeed pretty good, the service was absolutely abismal.
We were enjoying our time there when one of my friends goes up and grabs a plastic cup to simply take some water. He helped himself as he didn't initially see any employee to ask for assistance . But later, as they were leaving, a young employee suddenly confronts my friend and barrades him- accusing him of theft when all he got was a bloody cup of water! He would have paid it if he were told it wasn't for free but no, they never did. I'm pretty disappointed in this, and to top it all off, they banned him from that location? Absolutely ridiculous

This place is stuck in the 50's. It was fun when I was a kid, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't even been cleaned since I was a kid. Floors are always nasty, tables are ever sticky, and who even knows what the state of the playground is. It's hard to trust the quality of food when the facilities are always so disgusting.

Did this location get new management? If so its time to replace them or make them go through food safety again. I went today to get the same thing I always get and my burger came with MOLDY tomato's. Not like a little dirty or kinda soggy but straight up white mold. How do you not notice you are serving someone moldy food?
Along with the mold they also forgot half of my order but honestly I wouldn't have cared if it weren't for the literal moldy ass tomato on my burger. 🤮
Article Circle is a Utah staple, but unfortunately their pricing in 2024 is ludicrous. Save your money and go down the street to In N' Out, better food, substantially cheaper.

I don’t usually rate fast food but had to come on here and compliment the employees that were working last night. They were friendly and actually very thoughtful. The drive through was very fast and the food was not overcooked which I have found at many Arctic Circle locations.

I don't leave alot of one stars. Me and my boys got food illness from eatting here. My boy has throw up 5 time tonight already. I have been extremely nauseous and throwing up most of the night. The bacon I paid extra for was undercooked. Looks like it was cooked for 10 seconds and throw on.
