First time at this location. I love crumbl and did a pickup order here and they didn’t put any toppings on the cookies! I didn’t realize until I got home, tried calling about a refund twice with no answer, left a voicemail and still haven’t heard back from them. Very frustrating

I don't often write reviews and I would typically give 3-4 stars here - the cookies are usually pretty good overall, but a little expensive for my taste. That said, I was very impressed with the young lady working there tonight. It seemed she was the only one working (I was in at about 9:30 PM on 9/25/2024), but she was quick, handled a tricky situation without skipping a beat, and made sure the customer (me) was happy. Kudos to your great employee - she earned you that last star or two.
