We hosted our son's wedding on May 11 and Utah Custom catering served dinner and dessert with a Pizookie bar. The food was excellent and the servers were helpful and attentive. We had chicken marsala with rice pilaf and the made from scratch tasted homemade! The hot cookie with icecream was the perfect finish. Thanks to all the staff who served and Hyrum who customized the menu to fit our requests. I would recommend Utah Custom Catering to anyone!

Hyrum and his staff at Custom Catering and Events were truly amazing. The food for our daughter's wedding was DELICIOUS- the homemade, huge rolls are the best I've ever had. But not only have they mastered the culinary arts, but they gave fabulous customer service. Hyrum was very easy to communicate with, and the night before the wedding, I texted him to see about saving some of the cake for them to take on their honeymoon as well as if they could save the top tier of the cake for them to freeze, and he responded that they would be happy to take care of that for us. They did all of that with no issues, and we loved seeing the beautifully wrapped cake for the newlyweds at the end of the evening. When the dinner was over, they had packaged the unused food for us or friends to take home and gave it to us at the end of the reception. They just went above and beyond, and made sure to communicate with us through the evening about timing of food serving due to changing timelines from our day. I highly recommend them and they helped us have a seriously delicious dinner and tasty, wonderful reception food for our only daughter's wedding.
