Worker told us it was a 12 minute wait for the 3 Meat Treat and got mad after i said no out the window while i was in the backseat after being sad about not being able to get the 3 Meat Treat. And then got mad at me for being sad that the meat treat wasn’t ready for consumption. said she was gonna refuse our service aswell?? refusing your only customers is crazy to me but won’t be back fs.

I’ve always liked this location but something is going on with them lately, I’ve ordered 3 different times in the past few weeks and I can honestly say I’ve only had one good experience. My first trip there was awesome they had my order ready early and it was exactly right, my second trip I’d ordered earlier in the day and got there about 15 minutes early, not only had they not even started making my order, but they were frantically looking over the orders trying to find it. I asked if it would be okay if I came back in 15 minutes and they said no, hahahaha okay??? Tonight I ordered 3 orders of cheesy breadsticks when I got to the window they needed me to tell them what I’d ordered….so much for trying to surprise my little sister who wasn’t expecting me to buy her anything, then they only cut one of them, thankfully it was the one I gave to her. And if that wasn’t enough all of them were cold.

This location is a joke!!!! I ordered in the app so I could just pick up my food. When I got to the restaurant the lobby was closed so I had to through the drive thru. No biggie bit by the time I got through the drive through it had been almost 45 minutes frome when I ordered only to be told they forgot to cook my stuffed breadsticks and it's going to be maybe 10 more minutes. I will not come back to this location again!!!

I don't know the guys name but when I went for dinner on Friday September 27th around 7 pm they were obviously busy and probably understaffed. He let me know about the wait before I ordered and I chose to order anyway it wasn't too long. Then he worked his butt off to make sure he was getting the right order to the right people. There might have been a better way to keep it organized but I'm not a doctor. Anyway I just felt that the guy working drive-thru needs serious recognition for handling all that stressful business. So disappointed. They are constantly out of things and on this specific occasion I ordered a pepperoni and I got a cheese pizza with almost no pizza sauce. Called the number several times but no one answered. I’d rather drive further up the road or pay more for better experience and pizza.

The employees are pleasant and get the job done on time or very close when there’s a rush I kick myself every time I accidentally order from the American Fork store where I haven’t had a great experience, but they guy at Lindon was helpful and didn’t shame me for mistakingly showing up at the better location. ?
