Service was great. I feel they use a higher quality cheese than others in the area. Employees have always been super kind and so there best.
My only issue is every once in a while the crust profile is pretty big and I'm not a big fan of any pizza crust. But it's common with any company.
I will say I prefer their crust over others. It's not thin but also cakey. Perfect middle ground.

We first found Marco's Pizza back east. We were very pleased to get Marco's locations in Utah.
This is our favorite location. We live near the Provo location, and pass the Orem location to come here. Orem used to have a great manager years ago, but I think they let her go. Orem had issues getting orders right, but the original manager was great to work with to get the issues resolved. When she left, we tried Lindon. It's been consistent over the years, and they fix things when they go wrong.

What I ordered VS what I got. There was more crust than pizza. The breadsticks were basically non existent. Super bummed because I tried Marco’s are my nephews birthday party and loved it. I will say that they delivered much faster than the time they quoted me with though.

Marco's Pizza is definitely one of the heavy hitters in the Utah county area. I trip here guarantees fresh, delicious, cooked to order pizza for any taste at a surprisingly decent price. Although the biggest drawback is definitely the service at Marco's. Unfortunately, as with most restaurants a great meal can be dropped to its knees with a bad attitude! sadly it is a select few employees that tarnish the reputation of their team. But don't let that scar you off. If you are in the mood for amazing pizza, okay service, and a good old fashioned pizza joint atmosphere, definitely stop by Marco's Pizza, still worth it!
Really good pizza cooked well and nice people but forgot to add any of the parmesan and garlic butter that's supposed to be on the pizza and crust which was slightly disappointing.
