My wife and I visited this restaurant and ordered the combination plate, which was listed as “ask the server.” Unfortunately, the server provided little to no explanation of what was included. When the food arrived, the portion was very small compared to what we later saw in photos from previous reviews. It felt misleading and left us disappointed with the value.
Additionally, the owner appeared more focused on socializing with friends than on providing good customer service. Overall, the lack of transparency, inattentive service, and inconsistency with what is advertised made for a poor experience.

We visited on Sunday because I was craving Ecuadorian food. We ordered an Encebollado and a Fritada — the food was decent, but the service was disappointing. Our waters only arrived with the food, with no apology. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with friends and even served food to their friends first. We waited about 45 minutes and were close to leaving. The music was very loud at first but was turned down later. This isn’t the first review mentioning these same issues, so clearly nothing has been fixed. I will never come back here.

Poor customer service. Don’t even get acknowledged when walking in. Out of the whole menu 4 things are available. Salchipapas dry & no sauce. Stew little to no flavor. For what it’s worth I Do not recommend.

Our experience at this restaurant goes far beyond any restaurant experience I’ve had in my life. Each of the workers were excited to talk to us and get to know us, and we were excited to get to know them. My cousin will be living in Ecuador soon and they were so kind and excited for her, telling us all about Ecuador. Maria sat down with us to take our order and connect with us. We didn’t get the names of the nice man who was playing music, or the cook, but we were able to talk and laugh with them a lot as well. I haven’t even mentioned the food yet, which shows how amazing the people and atmosphere were, because the food was THE BEST I’VE HAD. We got the frittatas, and it was the best pork I’ve had in my life. The awesome man running the music was encouraging people to get up and dance and sing together. It really was the most exciting and joyful experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Thank you so so SO much!
This place was amazing!! The food was so delicious!! The people were so kind, fun, and happy to share about Ecuador! They were very personal and immediately made you feel like you were part of their family. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any one!!!

Terrible service, I've been there twice, first time they didn't have lights on, and nothing to drink... It was 12pm... Second time it was 2 tables with people already eating. And we had to wait like 15 mins for the server/cook to tell us what we want and oh surprice no ENCEBOLLADO at 1 pm when they open at 11:00
