I get customer service is hard, but everyone is always extremely disinterested, and this time the lady taking my order didn't speak English and (who I'm assuming is the manager) didn't assist in the process. Completely unacceptable customer service. Also, this location is always out of everything.

The guy with the long hair served me and was kind of rude. He seemed annoyed that I came up when they were having a conversation. The girl working with him was nice. He was also very skimpy on the meat and vegetables. Pretty disappointed because I really like subway, this was the first time I’ve been to that location and the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway.

The service was terrible and the atmosphere wasn’t any better she was rude was rushing us and when we asked for a specific sandwich it’s like we had to read it out to her Im not sure how it works over there but in my job we need to have all the food memorized and there was also no mayo pre bottled. she rolled her eyes at us and we tired to be nice and understanding but she was just being a condescending person

5 stars because Kimball did such a great job today.
He was super kind, patient, and made a great sandwich—even though he was the only employee there! I felt bad seeing him put in that kind of situation, having to juggle a growing line of customers all on his own. Still, he stayed calm and handled it like a pro. He deserves major credit for how he managed everything. I hope necessary steps are taken to not put the employees in that kind of stressful situation.

Barely any meat at all on a $10 sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a foot long sandwich with less than 2oz of meet. It’s not a steak sandwich it’s just cheese and tomato. Absolutely unbelievable

The place could be cleaner, although the food was good, just like in any other Subway. The staff needs more training and should pay more attention to customers. I wanted to have a cookie, paid extra for the combo to enjoy my meal with a cookie, but I couldn’t get one because they didn’t have any ready to serve. I was disappointed!

We decided to stop in the subway after grocery shopping, and after about 10 minutes of standing there without so much as a greeting from the employee Emma, we were informed by the guy in line in front of us that he had been there for 30 minutes without her even acknowledging him. She was preparing DoorDash orders, even though they came in after the people who were standing in line. I ended up having to place a pickup order, because it was clear that despite trying to get her attention, we were being completely ignored. I can't imagine a scenario where it's ok for someone to disregard the people actually standing in the store for orders being placed online.

If I could give zero stars I would. Long lines with only 1 sandwich maker, who is new and very slow. Manager sitting in the back making phone calls “because something got stolen”. People walking out because the only SM is working on DoorDash first, naturally. I finally get to the front of the line, 15 minutes into my 30 minute lunch break, and I’m told they only have 3 meatballs for a sandwich. I go to ask the mgr, who’s finally out front, what the store number is and when I try to put it in the app it says it’s invalid. I go chat with her and she gets snotty and waves her hand and tells me she’s not going to talk to me. I’m done with this store and the horrible customer service. Previous managers were much more competent.

I came today at 8 am, and we were waiting for it to open until 8:16 when it decided to open, while it was on its cell phone doing nothing all that time. I think that is disrespectful since if they say they open at 8 am, they should open at that time. Another thing is that when it did deign to open, it asked us for 5 minutes and then told us that it didn't have most of the ingredients. A total waste of time.

Ehmma? Not sure what her name was but we waited over 20 min for her to make two sandwiches for someone else, and when it was our turn for just two more sandwiches we had to leave because it was taking about 20 more minutes, she didn’t change her gloves between touching the computers, stuff in the back to restock in the middle of making our food, touched her face with the same gloves, and her shirt was dragging over our food. She was extremely slow, didn’t even greet us, and her overall appearance was unhygienic and unkempt. Her hair was all knotted and greasy. We tried to be patient but the lack of hygiene was the last straw since we were truly disgusted. She also didn’t understand or seem familiar with the menu when we asked about the veggie wraps. Please train these employees more and have two people working at least.

We asked for just a piece of bread and the lady rudely informed us that it was 8.99 FOR BREAD WITH NOTHING ON IT. Thats more than a ham foot long. She was also extremely rude with the customers in front of us. Nothing was stalked and the restaurant was dirty. There was sticky stuff all over the chairs and stuff all over the floors. Do not go here. Thu are unhygienic.

It says open but the employee came out and yelled at us that she was busy and that we had to wait 10 minutes to serve us. And it was completely empty. Hire people who know about care
Left me waiting in the drive through for ten minutes with no response. Seemed understaff also but there was only 2 people inside in line the whole time.
