This location is frequently out of Baja Blast. The last time I went, they were out of Baja Blast again and offered a different soda replacement. When I explained I don’t like any other soda, they offered a water instead. When I said I didn’t want that and that I’d like to cancel my order, the employees acted all annoyed at me and said that they couldn’t cancel my order. I still have not received a refund.

Ordered 3 Spicy Potato Soft Tacos. First one has 4 pieces of potato. Second one had slightly more.
Last one? Well, the picture says it all. Not only that, but the tortillas were almost crusty and old, and it took 10 minutes in the drive-thru with only 4 cars ahead.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION: Literally always out of items, never have coffee, and when I do get my food it's half the size of other locations. I'm starting to wonder if they are competing with McDonald's on "broken" machines.

I came through the drive-thru tonight and noticed the ice Machine looked a little off. I don’t like to bother anyone so I let it go and decided to call when I got home just so the workers could take a look and was disappointed with the interaction. I was told by both the supposed manager and the supposed general manager that the machine is serviced every two months. These machines need to be cleaned every night! Cleaning and service are two different things! Won’t be back and recommend to everyone not to come to this location!
Someone needs to pay attention if customers walk in for an order. Atmosphere is like a prison rerun.

Love street tacos and was excited to see how Taco Bell did them. Huge disappointment!!! Ordered six for the family and wow! Almost ne resemblance to the advertisement. Couldn’t find any of the onion cilantro on any of them and, as my photo shows, very little meat on one end only.

FIX YOUR COFFEE MAKER....ppl would enjoy a coffee with breakfast. Were not all Mormons here. Breakfast was terrible here.. my hash brown was so overcooked it crumbled in my hands...very disappointing

Don’t usually leave reviews I mean it’s fast food and I wasn’t expecting much but got a Crunchwrap and a Beefy 5 layer burrito. There was like barely any beef on either of them basically all beans cheese and sour cream. There was like not even a spoonful of ground beef in the corner of the Crunchwrap and nothing but cheese the rest of it. Beefy 5 layer burrito was all beans.
