My food would have been fine if they had notified us that it was ready. We waited for about 15 minute a and then my husband went to see what was taking so long and saw the tray with his name on it (DB Cooper) in a place that was not visible from our table.
I watched the workers because I wasn’t hearing any names being called for orders. The workers (one was a smaller person with curly short dark hair) were placing the orders on the counter, saying names very quickly and quietly, and then immediately leaving the front counter and not ever verifying that anyone had heard them. There were 3 people who came in and ordered, and they were sitting at a high table in the corner farthest from the ground counter. After a few minutes an order was placed on the counter and I was not able to hear a name though by this time I was actively trying to. The people in the corner were just talking among themselves and occasionally looking at the counter. We got up to leave and I spoke to a female in a grey shirt who had long straight hair to tell her my concern and that my crunch wrap sat so long in the bag that it was soggy. She asked if we needed it re-made. I said no. I just want you to announce the orders so people can hear and get their food in a timely manner. She sort of smirked at what I was saying and acted like she wasn’t going to do anything about it and so I called out to the people in the corner that if they were waiting in food they should go check because the staff was not announcing anything in a way that customers could hear. Sure enough, their order had been sitting there for probably 10 minutes and they had no idea. This is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

They were not calling out the names on the orders and just placing them at the counter and leaving and people were waiting for their orders and didn’t know they were there and the orders would sit there for like 10 minutes before people would go up there to figure out what’s going on.
We tried to alert the employees of this problem and they just acted like they didn’t give a crap and obviously they don’t.
This place is horribly mismanaged.
This place is terrible.
This is my second horrible experience and I will never ever go there again.!

Food was not great. They gave me crumbs and cheese instead of chips and cheese. My taco was cracked in 3 places so it completely fell apart. They were out of the new Mountain Dew and had horrible labeling on their machine. Additionally, the men’s bathroom was of of soap and I saw some workers using their phone while still using their gloves-to then start preparing food again. Not the best environment at all so we will be going to a different one in the future.

Taco Bell has made major upgrades to their menu and ordering experience. It's good to see them leaning into new technology. Taco Bell's marketing genius does a great job of promoting a fun, unique, youthful brand.

This location is frequently out of Baja Blast. The last time I went, they were out of Baja Blast again and offered a different soda replacement. When I explained I don’t like any other soda, they offered a water instead. When I said I didn’t want that and that I’d like to cancel my order, the employees acted all annoyed at me and said that they couldn’t cancel my order. I still have not received a refund.

Ordered 3 Spicy Potato Soft Tacos. First one has 4 pieces of potato. Second one had slightly more.
Last one? Well, the picture says it all. Not only that, but the tortillas were almost crusty and old, and it took 10 minutes in the drive-thru with only 4 cars ahead.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION: Literally always out of items, never have coffee, and when I do get my food it's half the size of other locations. I'm starting to wonder if they are competing with McDonald's on "broken" machines.

I came through the drive-thru tonight and noticed the ice Machine looked a little off. I don’t like to bother anyone so I let it go and decided to call when I got home just so the workers could take a look and was disappointed with the interaction. I was told by both the supposed manager and the supposed general manager that the machine is serviced every two months. These machines need to be cleaned every night! Cleaning and service are two different things! Won’t be back and recommend to everyone not to come to this location!
