Their creamy pesto is amazing, whether you put it in a calzone or on a pizza parrot with a bunch of vegetables and it is supreme

I don't come here often because it's a 40 minute drive each way if there's light traffic but I stopped by yesterday & was so glad I did. Everybody loved their food-bread twists, pizza, calzone, & salad. It was my first time getting it to go & the employees were so nice! Everything tasted phenomenal and I had a well-fed family. I can't wait to come back!

Originally went to the one in cedar city when I was a kid and lived in southern Utah. Found the one in Lindon now it’s my family’s go to pizza place and I recommend it to anyone I know who wants/loves the best pizza in Utah! Plus there garlic twists are to die for! 100/10 recommend!

It smells like a porta potty. Bad. Like really bad.
Bread twists are delicious.
I think the calzones are kind of a rip off. It's not like your usual calzone. It was basically just a piece of pizza with curled edges.

I love Pizza Factory! Their salad bar always looks amazing and fresh. Maryn is the best and always provides prompt service. I’m here at least once a week and will really miss this place when I go off to college.

Some people mention a smell but I’m pretty sure that is unavoidable because the building is about 100 years old. Many similar old buildings such as Taco Amigo will have the same smell.

There was a terrible smell—almost like sewage—particularly in the entryway. Had this been my first visit, I’m not sure I would’ve come back. Whatever the issue was, I truly hope it gets resolved.

Pasta is always good here but they gotta do something about those bathrooms. The smell hits you right when you walk in. Those glade plug ins ain't working. You need to call a plumber.
