The breadtwists are to die for. We love the deep dish pizzas and salad bar. Everything is so good. The staff are so friendly, too. We eat here probably 3-4 times a month. It's our favorite!

The pizzas just aren't good. They're way to gooey in the middle. I've been there twice recently and had the same problem both times. Even when I warmed up the leftovers, the center remained gooey-even though the crust was getting dark. Something just isn't right. And it's gotten way too expensive for small, bad pizzas. Sorry, guys. I won't be coming back.

Used to be a really nice place, with great food. The food quality has gone down, and the place feels run down, and is more like a fast food, vs somewhere I would go for a date night dining location. Also sad they no longer have the meat lasagna, it was the best item on the menu.

Got the small deluxe pizza. Tasty and is bigger than what a small person needs!

The pasta was dry. The sauce was gross and tasted premade. The "Seasoned Chicken Breast" tasted, smelled, and looked like the precooked sliced chicken you buy in a baggie at the store. Tasted horrible. The only redeeming factor was the pizza.

Our server didn't even check in on us once, no refills, had to ask for the check. And it took forever to get our food, for a mini pizza and pasta it shouldn't take 40 minutes.

It was extremely loud, not recommended if you or your kids have noise sensitivity issues.

Pizza and salad bar are great. I've heard the pasta is good.buy haven't tried it. Recently tried a BLT, not my favorite. I'd recommend sticking to the pizza, pasta, salad categories.
Strawberry lemonade and bread twists are fantastic.

Really slow service for a restaurant that was empty around lunchtime. Server was great though and the food keeps us coming back.

Good fettuccini Alfredo also they have the options of Zucchini noodles or the yellow squash

Had them custom make some cheese sticks that were really yummy

Kid-friendliness: One small issue that we had - we had 2 children order off of the kids menu (and 2 children on the regular menu). We noticed at the end of the meal that only one child was charged the child menu price - the other child was charged for a drink bread twist, and entree which was a difference of nearly $8. We were too tired to correct it, so just had to lose the money. Odd for sure!

Great staff with amazing customer service! Thank you for taking care of us and letting try all the different dipping sauces for the bread! Everyone in the family really enjoyed it. If you haven’t been here yet, definitely stop by! ???

food was good but the interior decor is giving backrooms lol

I have a few things to say about this Pizza Factory location:

1) it does need an interior design update! I wish it felt more warm and welcoming. It looks plain and boring.

2) it smells like sewer SO bad by the bathrooms, which lingers in the building. Not what you want to smell at a restaurant!

Their breadsticks are delicious and the highlight of the meal. They are so softy, doughy, and have such great flavor. The dipping sauce options are great too. We did half Alfredo and half marinara. Their salad bar is fresh and it's a decent size. Their ranch is delicious. We got the garlic chicken pizza and they did not skimp on the toppings. It was very flavorful and enjoyable.

Our waitress was one of the managers and was super accommodating and kind.

Overall, good experience - but pleaseeeee fix the smell!!!!

I love this restaurant! I went with a big group of friends and had such a pleasant experience. They, like many restaurants, require your entire party to be present to be seated - totally understandable being a server myself. My server was prompt and attentive and obviously did her best. It’s never easy serving a large group, especially when kids are being crazy and spilling drinks but she did AMAZING! The bread twists are always the highlight and the never on sundae. Yum!
