Yesenia is one of rudest managers it seems like she hates interacting with customers, compared to other manager that like to help she is not it. She is always telling us to use the kiosk even though I prefer to talk to a employee when taking my order.

This location has gone down hill. They are rude. When I called about missing food, I couldn't understand her, she was rude to me, and more importantly she started talking to a customer and then hung up on me. They have been messing up our orders for at least the last 6 months. I will go out of my way to another location from now on. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Ordered the Parm Caesar salad and got shredded iceberg lettuce. If you didn't have the ingredients to make what I ordered then that should have been communicated. I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known. Waste of 10 bucks. Disappointed.

I placed an order in the app for some frosties at 11 pm, but when I arrived they said they shut down the frosty machine at 10:30 every night, so they can’t full-fill my order. The problem is that they checked my order in so the app has the order marked as picked up, and because the app believes I picked up my food I wasn’t a le to cancel the order. They said all I can do is contact Wendy’s customer service for a refund. I placed the order on a Friday night and their customer service won’t be available til Monday.

1. They shouldn’t let you place frosty orders in the app after 10:30 if they don’t offer it at this location after 10:30 pm.

2. If someone places a mobile order after 10:30, have the competence to not check the order in, so that they can still cancel in the app.

Great food, the app is awesome. The people are good at their job, but it does take ten minutes to get your food during lunch when there are quite a few people there.

This location consistently forgets things that I ordered. It is really frustrating to get to my destination and find out that I paid for something I did not receive in my order. Of course I won't be going back to get it. It's just frustrating. Would love to see massive improvements to getting the order right the first time.

Every time I've come here, the food is hot and tastes amazing! I have celiac disease and I have to order my burgers as lettuce wraps, they've never once messed up my order. The lobby is always clean and the food is ready fast.

The management at this location is absolutely horrible. I ordered a frosty and the person taking the orders was confused if I had a coupon. I double checked she got the frosty at the first window. By the second window, a sweet younger worker handed me the frosty I had ordered. The manager came and yelled at her for giving the wrong order and made her get it back from inside my car. I explained I had indeed ordered one and she rudely insisted they hadn't charged me. Pointing out that I confirmed and that was their fault, she aggressively told me and the worker off. I worked with the sweet younger worker to pay and get my frosty- and told her that the manager in charge should really be more friendly and care about customers. She apologized on behalf of her boss and I assured her it wasn't her fault at all! A $2 frosty is not a big deal, but how rude and absolutely distasteful that manager is will make it so I never go back!
