I picked up a custom large salmon poke bowl and it was delicious and ready on time. Portion and price was perfect. Saucing was perfect. I love the options of mix ins they provide. I am thinking the “crab meat” is actually shredded imitation krab (crab stick) but that’s pretty common.
I have been hoping to find a good poke bowl in Logan and I think I have. Definitely going back.

First time eating at Akita and I thought the poached egg was different from any other ramen place I have been to. I have not seen any ramen places cook their eggs like that. It was too runny for my liking. The portion size for the price I wish you would get a little more. The poke bowl was good, but again portion was small. I did enjoy the pineapple milk smoothie and thought the price for it was reasonable for what you get. I would only come again for the smoothie.

Strawberry watermelon smoothie was great. I don't like when my boba teas are super sweet so i ordered a white peach tea with 50% sweet and it was so bitter! I tried putting sugar and even honey in it and it didn't make it any better. Had to throw the whole thing away. Would definitely recommend getting it 100% sweetened.

Food is delicious, drinks are delicious, love everything about it, but I just ordered some milk tea boba and there was some sort of debris in it? I think it was boba peels, cause it didn’t taste bad, it just feels and looks strange. Usually a 10/10, but the debris made it a 8/10. Edit: nevermind on the peels tasting fine, I don’t even know if they’re from the boba- and there’s so much, I can’t even drink from the top to escape them 🥲

I absolutely adore Akita. In my opinion, the ramen here is the closest I’ve had to the ramen I enjoyed during my trip to Tokyo. Also I love that the Matcha is actually Matcha 🍵
