I have a 2 s star only because the food was good and the lady was nice at the counter. I got there and had no idea where the walk in door was until I saw someone going in. I got me food fast but my sandwich was so sloppy coated on the outside with honey mustard that I couldn't eat until I got home because they didn't even give me napkins. This is just so unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food this way.

Let me start off by saying this Arby's is very very clean!!! The service is great! But the food was not great this time. The bun was so hard when I took a bite all the sauce came out the middle of the bottom bun and the buns were very hard and the curly fries were hard enough to break your teeth! Honestly just don't get their burgers they're not that good! Stick to the roast beef sandwiches 🥪

I just went through the drive through, and the guy was so sweet, but looking in, the girl at the cash register had her left hand up the back of her shirt and down the back of her pants the whole time standing at the register. Is was so gross, I watched her bag food and even touch chicken nuggets with bare hands to put in a bag after she had her hands inside her clothes.
I would never go back to this location after seeing that. Luckily my sliders were handled by the guy at the window and in a wrapper.

When we ordered our food the guy was very rude and said anything else and at the ending it sounded like he didn’t want to be there. Don’t recommend going there late at night and they messed up on our order. Don’t know who this guy is but it seems like he doesn’t wanna work here or he’s having a bad day.

Hi all. I am a long time traveller and have been all both East Coast and West Coast United States. I have also visited a lot of Arbts restaurants. This one was one of the best inhave ever been in. The restaurant is spotless. Both the lobby and kitchen were clean and well stocked. There is plenty of parking. It is in a convenient location. The food was hot, fresh and made correctly. I think their cherry turnover was the best one I ever have had. The must wasn't annoying or obnoxious either. Plus amazing staff. I will be back 😁

It's been 2 different times when we've gotten crinkle fries - that were 👇. They tasted old, Not fresh. And Arby's is her favorite place to eat, when on the go. She has been disappointed that her crinkle fries tasted old. My mom prefers her crinkle fries to be very fresh- just cooked. We hope that we can improve this. My mom doesn't like going any where else.
Even held the door for my wheelchair. Nice people and of course great food. Please bring back the chocolate turnovers.

Didn't replace meal fries with crinkle cut fries, did not provide requested sauce packets. Drink also incorrect. No one else in drive through or inside. Nice!
