We came here last night right as they were cleaning their shake machine, and missed out on getting our shakes. Jay (who is absolutely amazing!) told us about the day and time(Tursdays at 8pm)they cleaned the machine and was supper nice! This was our second time we went to get shakes before we knew about it and both times we came while they were cleaning the machine, just our luck! We came back again today and she happily helped us. It was most definitely worth the second trip! She is so sweet, and just seeing her smile made our night even better!!

Steak tips don't look nothing like what they are advertised. Macaroni and cheese probably shouldn't be served on parchment paper.

This review might make the owners blood pressure go up a bit. Showed up at this location on 9/26/25 just after 10a.m. Door locked. Came back at 10:30a.m. Once again door locked. So went to the drive thru ordered and told the manager your door is locked. Response. Sorry we forgot to unlock it. 🤔

This location is a mess. Weeks ago they were out of roast beef and the service was slow. Last night, we ordered online hoping to avoid a wait. Still slow, staff was yelling at each other and guests standing in line were told it was going to while before they could even order.

One of the better Arby's in my opinion! The food is always fresh and they don't seem to leave items out of the order like other locations! Side note, Thank you Arby's corporation for bringing the chicken cordon bleu back!!!!!

Don't expect to get the food you ordered and paid for. Also dont expect a call back from the manager after the night manager refuses to refund after acknowledging that they didn't give you the food you ordered

This Arby's location really lacks. The last time I went here, they completely messed up my order. It's really no wonder that chick filet is taking all of their business.

My chicken sandwich was inedible because the whole chicken was just a nerve and I wasn’t able to eat it. My husband ordered a beef sandwich and it really tasted really bad! As we ordered to take out , we didn’t realize we were missing 2 sides of curly fries until we got home.To make this even worst, it was too expensive! I don’t care if we pay too much for food ; but for quality not for trash.

Went thru the drive thru ordered the classic beef and cheddar combo with a mac and cheese. Drive thru took a while. On the way back to my motel I noticed I didn't have a straw for my drink, ok that can happen. Then got to my room then I found out I didn't even get a fork for my Mac and cheese. So then I was on the hunt. So unfortunately the experience wasn't the best.

Went to go get food. Google says they close at 11pm. I go through the drive through at 10:45 to be told that they are closed. Either update google or your employees need to work the full time you’re supposed to be open.

What do you mean your hours change? Your employed told us that they closed 20 mins before it was posted. This location constantly has bad reviews, your parking lot is always empty. Based off of all the 1 star review your location is getting, I think a little consistency on your hours would go along way.
Either get your act together or I hope y’all close your doors.

Drive-thru is supposed to stay open till 10: 00pm the restaurant shuts down 15 minutes before and will not open or take new orders. When pulled up to the window to talk to the drive-thru customer service is snotty.
