absolutely DO NOT recommend this restaurant. Griselda the general manager is unprofessional. witnessed a worker quit and listened to her refuse to give said worker their check from working. plus food is always messed up and cold when i order. place should be shut down. what an embarrassment.

Keep in mind this is a fast food restaurant, you come for something quick not something fancy. Yet even still Arby's has always been just a step above competitors for their interior design. This Arby's provides quick food and good service, but the location itself is a little hard to get to and from.

Doors were locked when it said they were open then I went through the drive through and as soon as I pulled up someone asked to take my order but when I started giving them my order they asked me to wait a minute. I waited 10 minutes before they asked for my order. Then I went to the window to pick up my order and waited 15 minutes just for them to ask me to pull forward and wait. I've never had a bad experience with this location until now.
I arrived from out of town to pick up a mobile order, which was earlier than the pickup time. The crew was great and even though my order had not come through the ordering system, yet they looked at the order through my app and started to prepare it so it could be done when the actual order hit their system so it didn't delay my crew further. This location goes above and beyond! Great job!
