Rude person who took our order. I really have never been more disappointed when going somewhere. Wasnt looking for great service but wasn’t expecting it to be rude and awful
Ordered and didn’t know the lobby closed in 5 minutes so he said “to stay or go? Actually our lobby closes in 5 minutes you’re not staying” then didn’t know the chicken tenders didn’t come with a drink and had my husband go back up to by another and he threw the cup at my husband and said “here just take your drink” and was extremely rude. Absolutely astonished as a fast food employee I could never imagine treating someone like this.

Great fresh food. $0.75 small fries is an outstanding deal that makes this place affordable again or even cheaper when compared to other fast food.
The shorter older gentleman cashier was the friendliest and best cashier I have ever seen in my whole life in any retain environment. He made sure we were all happy as he double checked our order was correct and delivered it to our table. Completely unheard of nowadays. Deserves a huge raise and bonus.
We will be back again. .

Just ordered a shake with banana and extra butterfinger and I told the drive thru guy Davin can he put some extra butterfingeron it he asuerde me it had some left with only a vanilla shake no toppings in it Davin sucks

Food is…whatever. It’s Arctic Circle. The staff are very friendly, but this place is CONSTANTLY understaffed. I have waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line before, and nearly 10 minutes in-store waiting to place my order.

The service here used to be much better. These guys are super slow, and the night manager made small talk with every customer, even with a line waiting at the counter 4 deep.
I try to give these guys a chance to win me back, but it's not happening.
They have good food, but I always ask myself if it's worth the wait.
They were working hard but severely understaffed for a Friday at 8 pm. The drive up line was a mile long...and you could hear frustration in the back.
You have done better folks.

Did you know Arctic Circle has tater tots? I love all their ice cream things but they have so many other items to eat here that other fast food places don’t offer. They have these neat salads, shrimp baskets and of course my favorite tater tots and onion rings. I always love the flavor of their hamburgers as well.
