The service here used to be much better. These guys are super slow, and the night manager made small talk with every customer, even with a line waiting at the counter 4 deep.
I try to give these guys a chance to win me back, but it's not happening.
They have good food, but I always ask myself if it's worth the wait.
They were working hard but severely understaffed for a Friday at 8 pm. The drive up line was a mile long...and you could hear frustration in the back.
You have done better folks.

Did you know Arctic Circle has tater tots? I love all their ice cream things but they have so many other items to eat here that other fast food places don’t offer. They have these neat salads, shrimp baskets and of course my favorite tater tots and onion rings. I always love the flavor of their hamburgers as well.

Went there tonight and there were 3 employees not doing anything. The drive through was backed up so we waited there for 5 min and decided to go in. When we went in there were 3 orders in front of us and there was not even a person willing to take orders. 2 people walked out of a break room and acted like they could care less about helping anyone. Lost my faith in this chain tonight.
With the current state of the economy, high turnover of employees causes unusually long waits, especially in the drive-through. They still maintain great service, though. Good people.
