Ordered food...came out wrong..didn't give me a fork..after asking a waiter for a fork he said I would have to wait for my waiter. My waiter gave me a fork with old food stuck on it.. waited again for my waiter to come around for a new fork...the next item I received on my order wasn't what I ordered aswell...so I just asked them to box what was right...and then waited an additional 20 minutes to pay after asking 2 other waiters to take my payment so I could leave...what a shit show. Hour of my life wasted with nothing done right. She even repeated my order to me... do better..it's not that hard. It's just wings.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Stopped in today around 3pm to get some lunch. When I walked I the place was pretty empty (only 2-3 tables being served). A family in front of me placed a to-go order and the host said their order would be around 15-20 minutes. I asked the host if that’s how long the wait would be and he replied “No, just that specific order.” The host began to assist me. He asked, “Is it just you today?” I replied “yes”. He then asked “What can I get for you?” I proceeded to place an order of 20 wings. I went and took a seat to wait for the food. When the food came out 15 minutes later, it was packaged as a to-go order. I thought to myself, “That’s weird, there must’ve been some confusion” as I had intentions of dining in. I figured I could just eat at the table I was already seated at. There were no problems, until I asked the guy who took my order if I could get some carrots. I’ve only eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings a few times and thought it was customary to have carrots and celery with the order. I didn’t realize this was something you had to request, but when I asked the guy he said, “I can’t bring you carrots and you’re not allowed to eat a to-go order in our dining area. You need to leave.” I asked, “why can’t you just have a server come assist me then?” He replied, “ we don’t have any servers right now.” I called out his lie and pointed at the two other tables actively being served. I never intended for my order to be a to-go. He walked away frustrated and I continued to eat my food. 5-10 minutes later, the manager walk out and says, “ Sir you have two options. You can get out, or you can place another order to be served in our establishment.” I tried to explain that I had intended to be served when I placed my order and that I had already placed an order for 20 wings. I wasn’t going to order more. I said “send me a server”. The server came out and I requested the carrots that the other two guys couldn’t fulfill. I was pretty upset at this point and couldn’t understand their logic at all. Finally the lady brought me some carrots. I finished up my food and left, leaving behind my mess for them to cleanup (just like bussing a dine in table).

I understand there was confusion whether I was a dine in or take out order, but this does not excuse the way I was treated. Anyone I know can attest that I’m a chill guy and not easily bothered. However, It was incredibly frustrating as a customer to not be able to explain my side of the story to any level of management. Please help me understand your logic.

If you are dining in and want to drink be ready to get more wrist bands than Disneyland. If you get togo make sure to add in the 20 minutes of waiting once you get there. Their estimate for pick up is never accurate.

If you go in, this is a great place to eat. Careful ordering online though, I got the BOGO wings yet upon getting home and opening the bag, the order was a few wings short. Not a huge deal, but you should get what you pay for.

Logan store. Although there were several people in uniform dress, only 1 person was doing anything on the floor. All the other employees were doing nothing while customers were standing waiting for service. Our waitress was awesome, but she had to run around doing everything by herself.
I would not visit this restaurant again.
Very disappointing

My family and I arrived at 7 pm on a Wednesday night and there were a total of 10 tables probably with 7 employees that I saw. We sat at our table waiting to get a drink order until 749 and left without anyone acknowledging us a single time. RIDICULOUS!!!

We love coming here, but it sucks that they make you order a full meal in order to have a beer. It used to be the normal stupid Utah law, now apparently buffalo wild wing corporate has told them each person drinking must have a full meal. This is all because they have had a couple instances of employees serving underage people. Why take it out on the customer, they should fine the establishment and the employee. It's not our fault they screwed up. Won't be going back as long as this is a rule.

Usually I love Buffalo Wild wings but the last two times I have gone my server has been absolutely terrible. The crazy thing is it was the same server both times. He never refills our waters and only check in on us one time if that. He also is so slow to get our food out that it is cold when it gets to the table. The most annoying part about the whole experience is when he's introducing himself to us he says hello in a chipmunk voice then proceeds to talk to us in old English, like bro I want wings not a show!

I had a good experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! First off, the MTN Dew Legend flavor is great, I put it up there near Baja blast. The staff is friendly and attentive. But some seem to be overworked. While I can’t remember our server’s name, she’s been there for years and is clearly a dedicated worker. She made sure our orders were handled perfectly and always seemed to show up with refills just before I needed them—top-notch service!

This location is popular with college students, especially on Tuesday and Thursday nights when the deals are fantastic. It’s a fun spot to hang out with roommates or friends. The wings can be a bit pricey, but the deals and experience make it worthwhile in my book. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised by a birthday deal for six wings, which was a nice bonus! I prefer the traditional wings, especially the lemon pepper dry rub—it’s a good flavor.

Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings offers great food, good service, and a fun atmosphere. It’s a good spot for a night out with friends, and I’d highly recommend giving it a try!

Ordered wings and side salads to go. The celery was bad, brown on both ends; a bit of goo on the cellophane that held the celery and carrots--gross. Side salads were $4.99 for a handful of spoiled lettuce, old tomatoes and a thimble of cheese--inedible. Very disappointing overall. Wings were decent, but the rest ruined the overall meal. Have some pride BWW!

0/10 worst restaurant experience. Waited 20 minutes to be seated when there were about 8 other small groups (single families). Food came out cold, hard fries, missing or wrong items. The entrees came out 5-10 minutes between each other. It was so bizarre we couldn't even eat together, if we waited for everyone's meals it would have all been cold. Couldn't even ask for a water refill. Again it was not a busy night, not very many customers, and it still took forever. We didn't even finish our meals it was so unpleasant, we felt like a burden to the staff. Never again!

My family literally sat through the whole 3rd quarter of the Dallas Philly game without even being greeted by our server. The place was not busy, the manager was only good for checking IDs. Good management would help their servers busy or not busy. They also had no idea how to make a martini….granted it is a wings and beer sort of joint, but still if you have a bar in your restaurant, you should know how to use it. I would and will never go back to this establishment and I will also tell people to turn around a run in the opposite direction. Thanks for not feeding me and not even giving me a glass of water. My cheese curds almost arrived before my water while I was walking out the door. It is expensive these days to go out to eat, thanks for giving me a reason and a cause not to blow my money on garbage service…..probably even dodged a bullet on garbage food. -5 stars
