Went through the drive thru and got a few double cheeseburgers. Checked one before leaving the parking lot because they have given me single cheeseburgers in the past when I ordered doubles. The first one I checked had what looked to be a full bite taken out of one of the patties. I took it inside and asked for a manager and there wasn’t one there so I showed the cashier, she said it was just the “machine” had ripped part of it off. What machine would do that and why didn’t the individual who assembled my sandwich not fix the obvious issue? This is disgusting & honestly unacceptable & I will not be returning.

Everything came out great, I got Original Chicken Sandwich and fries. Customer service was great the lady at the window asked if my dogs can have chicken nuggets so she gave me 5 to give them she was very friendly. Thank you so much I will be coming the next time I’m in town.

They lie every morning saying they cant do burgers during breakfast then when you call them out on it they lie and say stuff aint working and come up with bs lies to make u not want to order here. Terrible place and people dont go here. Pls fire the manager shes a Terrible person.
