(Cannot rate atmosphere, as I use the drive thru. It is not fair of me to review it or to unnecessarily drag the store for something I didn’t experience.)

It is extremely baffling to me that despite skipping a point of error by using the app (which refuses to refund me or progress my support ticket in any shape or form) and making zero customizations, every single mobile order I’ve done for the last month has been incorrect. Missing items, completely incorrect items in the bag, etc. The person at the window is incredibly kind and helpful, but whoever is actually doing any sort of quality checking or production of orders at this point has completely stopped giving a shit.

Whenever an item IS done right? It’s fine! It’s great! But the consistency of how often there’s an issue? I can’t recommend this place.

I waited 5 minutes at the drive though only to be told I had to place an order online to get the meal combo I wanted- then waited another 15 minutes to get a half filled cup of ice cream. The whole time I was waiting inside not a single person was helped at the line, and they all laughed when they saw house much ice cream was in this pitiful cup.

Saw an employee filming themselves putting their foot in the lettuce container. This was a while ago and I do not think that that is safe!

Went through the drive thru and got a few double cheeseburgers. Checked one before leaving the parking lot because they have given me single cheeseburgers in the past when I ordered doubles. The first one I checked had what looked to be a full bite taken out of one of the patties. I took it inside and asked for a manager and there wasn’t one there so I showed the cashier, she said it was just the “machine” had ripped part of it off. What machine would do that and why didn’t the individual who assembled my sandwich not fix the obvious issue? This is disgusting & honestly unacceptable & I will not be returning.
