LIVID. We have had this issue 4 TIMES, and that’s just with going through the drive thru. My child wants the tomato basil soup with PASTA noodles. Every time, we get home or wherever we are going and there’s no noodles. I have called and even talked with a manager about it. They said they would make sure their staff was trained better to remember them; yet, here we still are with no noodles. I called again to talk with them and they said they could refund it. Spent the time tracking down the order, and instead was told to go on zupas website and talk to IT support because it wouldn’t let them refund the order. SO FRUSTRATING. Nothing is more irritating than when a child’s order is wrong as a mother. My child is upset in the background of the call to zupas because they’re missing half their lunch, and I have to try and contact someone else to maybe solve the problem? Ridiculous. They’ve also reduced their portions, as a side note. Just adding to the reasons of not returning.

I placed an order through the online phone service. At the end of the call, the woman taking my order said, “Is this order for 715 Main St.?” And I said, “I’m not sure, is that the Station Park Farmington location?” And she said, “Yes.” When I arrived at the Farmington location, my order was not there. I clicked the address link that was sent to me and it did say Farmington but when I clicked the receipt link, it showed that my order was sent to Logan (an hour + north of me). The Farmington employees told me to call the Logan location and have my order canceled and refunded and they could make it and have me pay for it there. So I sat in a booth at the Farmington location and called the Logan location. The woman who answered told me she was unable to refund my order and that I would need to contact corporate to receive a refund and to go to their website. I looked around their website and couldn’t figure out where to go for a refund so I decided I’d call the same number I called to place the order. I told the woman about my issue and she placed me on hold to see what could be done. When she came back she was very nice but she said, “After speaking with others and with the Logan location, there’s actually nothing we can do to refund your money. You’ll need to contact corporate through our website by sending them an email.” I asked for the direct email address and she said that they do not give her that information. I told her I would have to go ahead and place a new order and pay for dinner twice tonight and worry about the refund afterwards. I know it’s not the employees fault but this is not a good system. The manager on duty at the Farmington location also seemed to be confused that they couldn’t give me a refund. He was kind and comped my meal so I did not have to pay twice tonight. I’m not sure who gets the 4.00 tip but if anyone gets a tip it should be the lead on duty at the Farmington store.
The food was amazing! I loved the new Power Protein Bowl that they have. The service was okay, maybe could’ve done a little bit better, but it was good. And I love the atmosphere of this place, it just screams clean and “healthy”
Vegetarian options: Great place if you are a vegetarian but still want some delicious food. This is the place!

This wasn’t good at all. Cold chicken? Are you kidding me ? Grilled chicken has this thing it’s unique for being a hot food off the grill.
The staff is nice and friendly. Atmosphere is nice. My review is solely on the food.
Cold chicken lends to items being canned not fresh. The strawberry top was green that’s not a good strawberry for serving maybe for cooking. Too ripe.
I asked for rice. You have a rice quinoa or barley wheat. Which is ok but specify some people only eat rice as a staple of their diet.
I mean it’s like a knock off of cava. For 12$ for one person no drink I literally had rice chicken and hummus. All in one.
It sucked pretty bad. That odd bite that tasted like Vicks vapor rub sent me. I just want a refund. Not some voucher.
It’s rare I’m this critical of a place with decent staff but I was critical cause this placed sucked.

I have eaten at Zupas a lot and I really like this specific location. The staff have been super welcoming and I have been impressed by the consistent high quality of the orders.

If allergens and dietary restrictions are not a concern for you, the food tastes pretty good, and Zupas might be a good option for you.
I am highly disappointed in how Zupas treats dietary restrictions and allergies however. Many places acknowledge they can't guarantee there isn't cross contamination, but still take what precautions they can. Having allergen menus, cleaning spaces, changing gloves, etc. Zupas however seems to have a blatant disregard of dietary restrictions and allergies and actively encourages cross contamination. It's hard to find out what is in each item on the menu, so even those with intolerances or minor allergies can't comfortably eat here.
Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, DO NOT eat at Zupas. They are not allergen friendly in the slightest, there is not an allergen menu (understandable for small restaurants, but not for chains like Zupas) and are set up in such a way that increases risk of cross contamination. Whether it's just a dietary restriction or a full on allergy, Zupas is not the place to eat.
We were given a gift card from a friend and for some reason it didn’t work. The employee tried it once, said “huh I’ve never seen that before” and then acted like it was expired. Gift cards don’t expire? So it kinda felt like we got robbed.
Also the garbage is overflowing every single time.

One thing I used to love to come do here is get a try two combo and I would create my own salad but they told me they no longer let you create your own salad in the combo. Which I don’t understand why… so I’m probably going to come here a lot less cause I can’t get one of my favorite things I used to get. And none of the salads they have there are even close to salad that I like to have.
