I’m not one to eat out often but Zupas is the one healthy place I will always choose! I came in for the first time some weeks ago and i absolutely love it! This is “real food” fresh and something I would find in my own kitchen! If you value nutrition and what you put in your body this is the place to go! I’m so excited Zupas is coming to Idaho Falls!!!! But for now I will have to wait to make my trips to Logan! Zupas you are the absolute best!!!!!!!! Oh and the staff in the Logan location in is so nice and happy here are my favorite things so far,
Nutts about berries salad, turkey avocado club, tomato basil soup, the Dubai strawberries are worth every penny! And all the refreshing and delicious drinks!

We eat here a lot! We love the nourish protein bowl. But for some reason, they consistently forget the salad dressing Very frustrating, especially when we’re headed out of town.

Zupas is usually good wherever I go, but the Logan Zupas is certified groovy. Absolutely recommend.

Good food. Quick service. A little pricey for salads but still pretty good.

Why would the workers work on orders BEHIND you in line, while you are trying to order your food??
Because, this is the new norm!
It wasn't even busy, can't imagine what kind of insane chaos would have erupted if it was.

Great to have a healthier option....but I would pay a lot extra if it were organic lettuce or arugula. Even if the rest of the salad was not. Please consider making it an option. Also, calories shown under salads do Not include the dressing, which is deceiving.
Always good nutritious food.

Zupas consistently delivers great food and kind, helpful service staff. We really enjoy coming here, and the quality is always solid. However, we’ve had an ongoing issue with the drive-thru — about 80–90% of the time, something is missing from our order. It’s become routine for us to double-check everything before we leave the parking lot just to make sure it’s all there. We’d love to give five stars, and hopefully with a little more attention to drive-thru accuracy, we can!

I don’t come to cafe zupas often, but tonight we decided to have dinner from here. We ordered online and picked it up at the store. When I got home I realized that the order we specified to not have cheese, had cheese on it. We aren’t picky, so I’d just pick it out, but intolerances/allergies are existent. I called to inform them that my order was made incorrectly. They said they could remake it, but I was not able to leave my home. They just said they were sorry and that was that. There was no other option they could do. Very disappointed that we spent so much on a meal we can’t eat and didn’t get the opportunity to get it made a different day, a credit in our app, or something other than -come back now and we will make it for you correctly-.

I have loved every Cafe Zupas experience outside of Cache Valley. The Logan location was an exciting announcement. The food has been okay but not amazing. The last two times I’ve eaten there, I got VIOLENT food poisoning. 11 months later, I decided to try again. The dressing on my mango berry salad didn’t seem right—almost like liquid plastic rather than the sweet honey & mango puree it should’ve been. I gathered up the packaging to toss what was left and found a little red bug on my roll bag. It probably wasn’t the only one.
I’ve heard from a friend that most employees haven’t worked at a Zupas outside Cache Valley and have their own “system”. Whatever they are doing isn’t right.

Cafe Zupas gift cards expire. Little by little they steal the gift card back from you. My advice is never give a gift card, give cash instead, unless you know it will not expire! Yes, I obviously waited too long. However it was a kind gesture of the people who gave it....my friend's money went straight to Cafe Zupas corporte pockets, bc i waited too long $0.00 for my family . Bottom line in my opinion, when gift cards expire it's nothing more or less than corporate greed. Yes, you run a chance if you fail to use the gift cards - that's why the cash suggestion. Cafe Zupas food is good, and especially the kind employees.. yet we will always detest their corporate greed.. and will never buy a Cafe Zupas gift card
