There’s not an actual person to take your order and the screen for you to do it yourself isn’t even visible because of the sun glare. It then asks for a tip even though you had no service by a human… 10/10 would go to any other place in Logan for food ◡̈

Update: Tried again after 3 years. I can't believe I paid $10 for a kids sized chickpea soup that tasted like plain salt with only one chickpea.
The taste was okay. Pretty spendy for something that is smaller than a happy meal. Now to go find something else to eat.

Food was decent, but it shouldn't cost me a tank of gas to feed my family of three. VERY expensive.
Edit: went back today. They have touch screen ordering menus in the drive thru, which I couldn't even reach from my car, so I had to get out and go in. Then, my wife's 16 oz. soup she wanted was $9. If I'm paying $9 for soup I might as well get unlimited soup and salad at Olive Garden instead.

Just wanted to shout out an amazing employee at Zupa’s named Eleanor. I went in today feeling anxious about eating alone, and she approached me with so much kindness. She gave me compliments, chatted with me, and honestly made my day. That small act of kindness warmed my heart. Please know she’s making a difference in people’s days.

I’ve eaten at Cafe Zupas plenty of times, but this last DoorDash order really turned me off. One of our protein bowls came with a bug mixed right in! It completely killed our appetite. I hope this was just a one off.

The staff is friendly, the place is spotless, and service is quick even when they’re busy. Love that you can grab a healthy meal without sacrificing taste — definitely my go-to spot in Logan for lunch or a light dinner!
This Zupas is the worst. Everytime I go through the drive thru they get my order wrong. I asked them to fix it and they refused. I apparently have to jump through hoops on their website for a refund. Just give me my damn soup

I needed a pickmeup so I went on a date to Zupas!! It was so delicious:)) It was pretty high prices- but it probably in all reality was worth it!! I have never went away unsatisfied with Zupas: business, and food- they are the best of the best!!
