We went through the drive through Jan 23rd @ 1215 ish!! We ordered 2 sweet pork burritos!!! We got steak not sweet pork...they were cold and rhe steak tasted like it had been frozen then unthawed twice!!! Not impressed and will not be back!!! I tried calling and NO ONE would answer!!

I typically go through the drive thru here, service is fine but the drive thru always takes a while- it is never a quick place to pick up food even if you order in advance. One time they were playing loud music when I came through the drive thru and they use their gloves while on the touch pad. But they were also very kind to help me figure out how to use my coupon on the app when I went once as well.

I did an online order and I haven’t even left yet, to try the food but the customer service was abysmal. No one said a word. Who ever the owner is of this new location. Do better and have some pride in your business. You are giving business owners a bad name.

Went in for their online deal they were having the other night. They were decently busy but nothing crazy. We waited for 20 mins after the food was supposed to be done but understood due to them having quite a few online orders. After we got the food we noticed they forgot the guacamole. The in person line had no one in it so I asked the kid who was standing there if I could have him scoop me some. As he was literally scoop guac for another order he told me they were probably out. I asked him if I could have some of the guac he was scooping and he shook his head and didn’t respond. No hustle, no help, no service. Very disappointed with my experience last night.

What happened to the Cafe Rio that I know and loved? Did they get bought out??? Seriously, the food is not fresh, you can see it’s not clean, and the bathrooms are gross. How did this happen???? Also, I will say I miss years ago when you had a punch card and they yelled FREE MEAL!! I realize I was spending over 100 dollars to get that free meal, but I lived it at the time. Anyway, I’ve decided to stop eating here. If I ever hear that they stepped their game back up, I’ll be back. But it feels like a large investment group bought this place out in Logan and their food went to ship.

We went here the other day and when we walked in we made eye contact with multiple employees, but nobody said anything like “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Or “hi, how are you tonight? Thanks for your patience”. They literally acted like we weren’t even there. Maybe not a big deal if they are swamped… but, There was not one other person in line, and the drive thru had cones up so the drive thru was closed. When they finally helped us they were so unfriendly. And to top it off, it was so messy back in the prep area, as well as the lobby. I won’t be back.

This location was good when they first opened, but has slowly declined again. Food is not good, location is dirty, and lack of care for getting your order correct. Any other location is Utah is much better. If you are in Logan go to Costa Vida they are at least consistently decent. Cafe Rio Logan location only will leave disappointed, they should close up shop to prevent further damage to their brand or the store manager and franchise owner should start caring again.

I ordered a salad bowl and the food presentation was great but they made a burrito of the salad which was unexpected. I should have mentioned tortilla on the side. Overall the food was ok

There is a manager named savanah (sah-vah-nah) she gives our family less food because my dad is a veteran. We get about 30% less food because we get a veterans discount

1 day later and my family has diarrhea and are throwing up. The pico was off, the only family members who have these problems had pico
