The pastries are from Le Croissant. You can find almost every day a vegan fruit Danish. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays there are vegan cinnamon rolls (amazing!) and possibly a vegan muffin. They use organic flour, oat milk and just egg.
The owner of Le Croissant has recently opened a gluten free/vegan brunch in Ibis happening on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8am-1pm. Some brunch options include a chai parfait (my personal fav!) And an Oatmeal.
Definitely worth checking out!

I stopped patronizing Caffe Ibis when they put up a sign saying "shoes required". There is no law that requires customers to wear shoes. There is no liability for a business from barefoot customers. I've dined barefoot in a Michelin 5 star restaurant, a palace, and a manor house. Caffe Ibis isn't fancier than those places.

My drink was delicious, and the staff was SO KIND to my kiddo...I asked for a drink for her and they didn't like how it came out, so they wanted to re-make it (not my suggestion!) and offered to add sprinkles.

Coming here for 30 years, so… there's that. This is a coffee shop with everything. A commitment to fair trade, ecologically friendly coffee. They pay a living wage and are a pillar of the community.
But even if you don't care about any of that… the coffee is the best. There's a 7am morning coffee crew, local characters, local flavor, local art, located on the coolest corner in town. Food is limited to pastries… but what great pastries ― made by Le Croissant just six steps across the street. Ibis is the bomb. Stay away from the window seat in the corner, that's mine...

There are no bitter or burnt notes in the roast ❤️. It’s smooth and BOLD! My iced latte is perfect!
The staff was Very friendly. I wanted to Tip, but they wouldn’t accept.
Cute and clean atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. Parking was easy to find, but I went at 1pm. So it’s naturally not busy for a coffee spot.
Price was average, $8.75 for 20oz 3shot, Caramel Latte with Oat Milk. (Since they don’t accept tips, this seemed pretty reasonable)

Ibis coffee stands up to any other high end coffee, period. Staff is always pleasant and they have tasty pastries. I love that they are tip-less and pay their employees fairly.
