I participated in James Hoffmann's decaf coffee tasting project via Caffe Ibis Roasting Company, and I am very happy with the qualify of their roast. I enjoyed the decaf kit immensely. Great work!

This coffee roaster used to be a favorite from my home state until I had to deal with their delivery services.
I ordered two of my favorite blends and wanted to ensure they arrived before Christmas. I paid extra for delivery and ordered well in advance (based on their website estimated delivery).
After a week my coffee was not shipped and only after emailing the team did they offer shipment details. Moreover, I asked what could be done regarding the late delivery and was ignored completely.
The staff was rude (used the wrong name for my order) and clearly unhelpful. I'm sorely disappointed!

Cafe Ibis is the top Coffee Raster in the state and I never miss the opportunity to visit their shop when I in logan.
I tried Caffe Ibis on a visit to Salt Lake 2 years ago and was hooked. I started ordering by mail when I got home. My favorite is Highlander Grogg.

If you love coffee you owe it to yourself to try Caffe Ibis. They make a variety of beans and blends, and you can even buy them at local grocery stores like Harmon's so you can enjoy them at home in your PJs. I recommend Highlander Grog, coffee beans roasted with a hint of Scotch. Good on it's own. Great with Irish cream. Exceptional with whiskey, or Drambuie.
