Food is usually pretty good, good location. The fries are pretty bad now from corpo greed but that's pretty much everywhere is dealing with that now so all things considered it's not terrible.

Usually chick fil a delivers but not today. I ordered a breakfast bowl that came out less than half full. In that half bowl so few eggs, no cheese and 4 hash browns. A little disappointing.

Last two visits to the Logan location have been poor. Today, 1/18/25, at 12:50 pm, 2 of the 3 sandwiches we ordered were wrong. Didn't notice until we got home and only the first order person confirmed everything. Got to the receipt person and they just handed us the receipt to move us through. It was very busy, but getting a wrong order in the drive through ruins the entire meal. "When" I go back again, I won't pull my car to the "wait" area. I'll just stay at the main window, double check my own order, and only pull forward when it's correct.

The food is usually pretty good, but sometimes I'm still just a little hungry after a meal. The service is usually great. Most of my interactions with the staff have been very friendly. The place can be very very busy during lunch. They are good at keeping up so it usually doesn't take long to get your food. I always order with the app. The biggest issue is usually trying to find anywhere to sit and eat. Sometimes you can sit outside if the weather is good, but otherwise you may have to wait a couple minutes for someone to leave if it's busy.

We were there a few days ago, and my husband and I both ordered the honey pepper pimento chicken sandwiches. Neither of them had much pimento or honey on them. I also asked for and paid for pickles on mine and didn’t get them. We were really disappointed. I love this sandwich but was let down this time.

The past two times I’ve been to this chick fil a, I’ve found hair in my food. One is understandable, but twice in a row? That’s never happened to me before. Additionally, there was a fly buzzing around me and my food the whole time. It will be a while before I go back

Put napkins in the to go orders!!!!! Especially kids meals!!! We always need napkins. Just make it a requirement to put those in, you guys have napkins for to go orders but I never get them with the kids meals. Thanks!

I think this is actually the first time I've ever been to Chick-fil-A. Their chicken sandwiches are definitely delicious, and on a different level then just your standard chicken sandwiches at other places. You pay a little bit more for them but definitely worth the price.
