We came 12/13. Called ahead to be put on list told 35 min. Arrived in 10. Told 25 and waited 45. Hostess kept telling our party we were second, which meant next. And we could see large tables for us open for 10-15 minutes ready for us. Lots of tables open for 10-15 minutes they didn’t sit anyone there. Then took 8 parties ahead of us. As they walked in; asked for phone numbers as they weren’t on the list and told 45 min then taken back in 5 min. Parties of 8,6,5,4,2,2,6,8. We are a party of 5. I checked again and told the table they were waiting for our size wasn’t open. The party that got the LARGE table had 8 people and I was told we didn’t have enough people to sit there. They had walked in and waited 5 minutes to our 40 minutes. We all sat and we waited and counted the sizes they just took ahead without calling ahead. My son and I are regulars that drive 40 minutes to come here. We had put in a nice word for this specific location vs Ogden. Our family came from out of town for a funeral. Couldn’t have 6 people for a correct table according to them. My grandpa died! Nice one Chilis and hostess. She was awful. Did not apologize or look at us at all after it happen. Nor did management come see us. Just had the waitress deal with us. Waitress did amazing I hope she got THE whole tip cause the staff did nothing. Nor did her management. I’ve never seen a manager not come over and check in this situation. Not sure I’ll be back to Logan. Yes we come 40 minutes just for your food and we were treated like garbage for a table with a waitlist. Food was amazing and glad the beef skillet queso is back! We love Chili’s but not yours!!!

Note to Management: The whole problem with this place is they have super bright halogen lights throughout the bar area -- that are like interogatio lights. Too bright and glaring !!
You can't see the TVs with this awful lighting. (See pic taken from bar.)
Food and people are good but the atmosphere because of obnoxious lighting which could easily be changed with dimmers or softer light bulbs -- is the reason I don't recommend and I rarely come here because of it.
Please fix this for $29 !!!

Good hamburgers and other yummy stuff too. Like fajitas.
We had an awesome lunch. I had the appetizer with SW egg roll, motzerella cheese sticks and hamburger sliders. It was delicious and filling. Should have shared it. My husband had the smash burger. He enjoyed that except how messy it was. Potato soup was really good! We loved everything. Service was great.

This Chilis has really improved over the years. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food has been quite good. The variety is great, and my family enjoys coming here. I also appreciate how clean it is, they clearly put effort into maintaining it.

We fed all 10 of us for about $100 with their special deal (drink, side, main entree w/fries which is much more food and cheaper than fast food!) Server Kenzi was fantastic!
