Thinking about ordering ahead to save time? Don’t. The workers here will ignore you even when you wave, make eye contact, or say hello. They will take care of walk in customers before online orders. They will make you wait even if you walk in yourself and are first in line. You will watch twenty people be served while you wait for a meal that would have taken them two minutes to prepare. The food is alright, it’s chipotle. Sometimes they have bad portion control and give you way too much of one thing and not nearly enough of the other. Absolutely rude set of people working here.

Edit 12/2024: I have gone to chipotle 5 times in the last 6 months at various times including lunch, late lunch, dinner and evening. Please explain how a restaurant is so unprepared that they happen to be out of steak on all 5 of my visits. I think a mistake was made opening Chipotle in Cache Valley, a Qdoba would have been so much better.
Original (opening week):
Chipotle is always good no matter where I go, this review is more about employee training than food quality.
First the employee who folded my burrito as well as my girlfriend's burrito did so in a way that would layer ingredients so meat, rice, etc was in layers rather than being spread throughout the burrito(sideways in other words).
Secondly the employee mentioned above ripped both our tortillas and had to get someone else's help to fix them replacing my girlfriend's tortilla and thanks to a coworker's suggestion double wrapping mine instead of doing a tortilla transfer(which I appreciated).
Third, the cashier did not know what she was doing and had to ask several times what kind of burritos we had even though it was written on the foil.
Forth, at 2pm on a Saturday they were already out of steak, not a good sign.
For a new location i understand the hardship of having a busy line but there should have been more training and stock preparation involved prior to opening especially since this isnt the first or only day they have run out of ingredients.

If I can give it less than 1 star i would they started being greedy with the portions and over price me for very little food and they get mad when you call them out on their BS it's not like they're the ones paying for the food only give out half spoon worth on a burrito but charging double the price when you ask for the right amount they're customer service is garbage

genuinely horrible location. every. single. time. the workers are absolutely horrible. portion sizes and quality of food is the most inconsistent of any establishment. i leave everytime absolutely enraged by the look of the quality or lack of product for the same price. if the food tin is low and old, they show no care giving you the scraps of the tin and 1/4 of the up charged product for the same price. if you’re going to charge $3 additional, and only give me 1/4 of the OLD item then don’t charge the full price of what i should have gotten. the people always look miserable to help no matter how smiley and kind you are. there could be one customer or 5 and they share the same lack of service regardless. will not being returning to this location, atleast not for a long while. the owner should be disappointed in his location.

I ordered via the app and used the "Chipotlane" pickup window. I really regret waiting until I was home to open my food. I included a picture of my order and my food in this review.
1. There were no black beans.
2. There were no fajita veggies.
3. The "lettuce" was replaced with spinach.
4. The portion size is RIDICULOUSLY small for what I paid for.
I didn't go during a rush or near closing time, so I don't understand why this order was so awful.

empty fast and kind staff but i got carnitas and they were old and crunchy as if they had been sitting out. i didn’t order beef jerky i wanted chipotle :(
