Used to stop and get a drink everyday even when I lived clear in Clarkston from here but lately the last year or more anytime I’ve came I’ve had multiple issues. I’ve told them numerous times they need to update their drink “names/sizes” anytime I come I say 44 ounce your biggest size and they ALWAYS put it under a 24 ounce then they just pour it into a bigger cup cause it always tastes flat. I’ve asked for certain flavor shots and have gotten insane things like boba beads and stuff instead of what i said and they are very rude when I tell them they did my drink wrong. When you pay that much for a drink you want to right thing. I will be keeping my business elsewhere.

I walked up to the store window and rang the bell more than one time, there were no cars in the drive, and I could not get anyone to help me. Me. I had already had an order placed and was just picking up so it's not like I could just walk away. It was freezing and raining outside and I was there for at least 10 minutes and had to pound on the window to get someone to help me. Definitely not worth it! And the employees lied to me and told me it didn't go off in there when I can hear the doorbell going off when you ring it. So also dishonest.

I had my husband run to get me a 44 oz strawberry bliss. They ended up giving him a 44 oz water with just enough strawberry “flavor” to make it a VERY light pink. There was no flavor at all, and it was supposed to have strawberry purée and coconut cream. Really disappointed.

Made me stand in outside in the cold for 5 minutes after ringing the little doorbell and then gave me three drinks, one of which didn't have a fitting lid, the other had an actual hole it. Both leaked all over my car. Worst soda bar in logan by far.

I like Chugz about 50% of the time. It’s always risky if it’s going to be good or not. I went tonight for thirsty Thursday and waited in the line for 20+ minutes all just to get a flat soda. If you know you’re going to be busy on Thursday nights please check the soda and change it. I like their peanut butter cookies but their pumpkin cookie was nothing special and I’d rather make better ones at home. Really disappointed about my flat drink and wasting my time. Also their speaker sucks you have to repeat yourself multiple times and hope they got it right.
They have awful attitudes, I keep going there because the food and drinks are bomb, but every time I go I get the same negative attitude! they have the easiest job in the world and they act like it’s the end of the world if i come through the drive through, or if i ask for more than one order.

We were in town from Boise and wanted to try a Soda Shop we don’t have locally. Note to self: never go here again. The person taking our order in the drive through had an attitude and kept saying “anything else?” when we were in the process of ordering another drink. Just overall lack of customer service. I’d recommend going somewhere else. We came through the drive through on 09/20 at 6:12 pm.

I’ve tried the pretzel bits twice. The first time I had a couple that were so hard and inedible. This time they are mostly burnt and very dry. Not sure if this is the normal for them but I don’t think I’ll get them again
The gal taking my order was a little short with me after I ordered and they couldn’t hear me. I understand there is traffic, but it wasn’t good customer service.

This place has fallen from where it was. I used to come here often and the drinks and food were awesome. Now the only thing good about this place is the drinks. Service was poor. It took us 30 min to get our food with a mistake. Food was soggy. Kinda wish the owner would put it back to the way it was.
