I’ve tried the pretzel bits twice. The first time I had a couple that were so hard and inedible. This time they are mostly burnt and very dry. Not sure if this is the normal for them but I don’t think I’ll get them again
The gal taking my order was a little short with me after I ordered and they couldn’t hear me. I understand there is traffic, but it wasn’t good customer service.

This place has fallen from where it was. I used to come here often and the drinks and food were awesome. Now the only thing good about this place is the drinks. Service was poor. It took us 30 min to get our food with a mistake. Food was soggy. Kinda wish the owner would put it back to the way it was.

The drinks are probably the best thing about this place. We ordered food for our family of four, two corndog baskets, two chicken baskets. She repeated it back to us and gave us our total so we pulled up. We pulled forward because they said they just dropped a bunch of french fries so we were waiting. It was about a 15 minute wait. She comes out and only had two out of the four. She said that she only charged us for two baskets that we had to pay for the other two. So we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. They never apologized, even though it was an error on their end, not to mention the menu has the price at $7.95 And she said after taxes it’s about 11 or a little over 11. So the tax on just the single item is ridiculous. We come out here every year and we used to come to chugz, but I think that will no longer be our tradition. Very disappointing. They really need to do better on customer service, communication, and not charge so much for taxes.

I’m saddened to leave a bad review for Chugz after having raved previously but tbh my recent experience there was disappointing. When we ordered, the staff taking our order had a rushed tone which is fine we just felt almost like we were inconvenient. We ordered 2 drinks that were soda with cream and flavor syrups and popping bubbles and one came with none of the syrup or bubbles added in (i think they may have just added twice to the other drink but i don’t know) and when i brought it back to tell them (apologetically), they were quite rude and just took the drink back and added one pump of the syrups and said that i should have stirred the drink (i obviously did) and that there would be popping bubbles in there. i felt so horrified and like i was being rude asking for the correct drink i paid almost 5 dollars for?

had to do the utah thing and get a dirty coke. i got coke zero, raspberry shot, and vanilla creamer. initial thoughts were, “this is weird. but it’s good?” the more i drank it, the more i enjoyed it. it was different. they have lots of options to choose from, it’s quite overwhelming! but the staff was friendly and quickly made our drink.

Katie and Erica were the most helpful, kind, and patient workers I have very met 💕 I wish I could give them a 10 star review! My drink was also so fast and tasted so good! chugz I am your #1 fan and I would give you my firstborn child but would it be possible to not keep the peanut butter rice krispies in a cryogenic chamber 😭 they are my absolute favorite and I have almost cracked a tooth on a brick of frozen scotcheroo BUT frozen scotcheroo aside 10/10 this is the BEST soda shop in the valley!!!!!

I order 2 Chugz boba smoothies almost daily either by doordash or in person. This morning it is 10:09 I order 2 boba smoothies with extra tapioca boba and a slushie for my daughter. I got my sushi and 2 boba smoothies and both of them had popping boba not tapioca boba. If you open at 9am and at 10am you still don't have boba and you know that's what I get daily call and see if I would rather wait until you do. I'm a single mom who has waisted money and did not get at all what I asked for at this point being a daily customer it's reduclous and I don't respect this place any longer

Yo, lemme tell you 'bout this joint – it's a straight-up comedy of errors. First, the cookie dough bites. Now, I ain't sayin' they rolled it with their caboose, but the mungy rollie-pollie look was... questionable, like it had a story to tell, and that story involved questionable surfaces.
The can the dough came in? Fingerprints, my dude. Oily, greasy fingerprints. Made you wonder what kinda wholesome hand-modeling gig was happening in the back.
Then the brownie. Wow. That thing was a relic. Tasted like it had been unearthed from an ancient civilization that worshipped stale chocolate. Each bite was a journey through time, and not a fun one.
The lady serving? Her smile was so forced, I thought she was gonna owe me money for emotional distress.
So yeah, this place? It's a whole mood, and that mood is 'run.' My sweet tooth is officially filing for a restraining order.

I love Chugz, they have great drinks for insanely good prices. Recently though I have had major issues with the lids. I was in my car the other day and barely even touched the drink and the lid popped off and the drink spilled all over my car. today, I had a fresh drink in my room on my nightstand and I went to grab it (not hard or rough at all) and the lid popped off and spilled the drink all over my carpet and bed. I probably won’t be coming back for a while until this problem is solved because it has created such a hassle. As soon as it’s fixed i will return for sure, I love their drinks so much.
