I love Chugz, they have great drinks for insanely good prices. Recently though I have had major issues with the lids. I was in my car the other day and barely even touched the drink and the lid popped off and the drink spilled all over my car. today, I had a fresh drink in my room on my nightstand and I went to grab it (not hard or rough at all) and the lid popped off and spilled the drink all over my carpet and bed. I probably won’t be coming back for a while until this problem is solved because it has created such a hassle. As soon as it’s fixed i will return for sure, I love their drinks so much.

Love chugz as a drink place, but they’re 24 ounce lids are unbelievably bad. I almost spill every time I grab my drink. This just started happening to me so I’m not sure if they switched to a different brand of lid/cup but besides this Chugz is the best soda shop in town.

Pretzel bites were like shriveled hotdogs and inedible by the time I got home (5 minute drive). They were rocks. Lids don't stay on drinks and employee who took order sounded absolutely miserable.

It is not transparent. I can't see inside, so ur unsure what's going on. I highly dislike this. I want to see what is going on. Otherwise, it's a great place.
Chugz is my fav soda shop! But recently they have been forgetting to add vanilla creamer to my drink when I specifically ask for it, and they still charge me for it:( If I wanted a plain soda I wouldve just gone to the gas station.

The soda flavors are unique and delicious! And they let us add ice cream to any of the drinks. Also, this is the only soda place I know of that has a tigers blood flavoring you can mix in to the soda.Mtn dew, tigers blood, and vanilla cream is literally the best thing I've ever tried.
