The ice cream is amazing. The consistency sucks. Some days we will get super full cups that go up into the lids. And other days we get cups way below the rim of the cup. Sometimes we get ice cream loaded with toppings and sometimes there is hardly any. I wish they used a scale or measured some way. That is really my only complaint. Flavor selections and toppings are awesome. Just a little consistency would go a long way.

By far some of the best ice cream I have ever tasted! I got the mint and Oreo flavors, and it was really good! The sizes are perfect, and the prices are relatively cheap! The workers were kind, and the store was super cute! They also have a bathroom, and chocolates to buy too! Definitely recommend for a nice treat!

I’ve always loved coldstone and hadn’t been to the one in Logan until today as I was doing an Uber Eats order. When I got in there, there were 2 people in line in front of me which of course the employees should take care of first. When they asked me what they could do for me I informed them I was picking up an Uber Eats order and they said they’d get to it. There were 3 employees there and only 3 customers (including me) in the store. The order only consisted of 2 ice creams and a milkshake but it took upwards of 20 minutes for the order to be ready. I’m still giving 3 stars because even though it took forever the ice cream did look fantastic, the place was very clean on the inside and the employees were very kind.
I didn’t realize how large the order must’ve been in front of me. I appreciate the response from the management explaining what was going on!

I love the Halloween vibes recently!!! The girl with the colored hair and cool makeup was really helpful and patient with us. She told us she’s doing new makeup every day made me want to come back just to see it! Plus I love that there’s an almond milk option!!

9/14/24, 2pm Hailey was awesome! Made the ice cream great and had a great attitude! Her co workers however, were not so awesome. A huge rush of people came in right after we got there, and Hailey was the only person helping customers. Everyone else was doing side work, not helping the 15+ customers in the store.

Disappointed that they aren’t making the dipped waffle bowls during opening hours. First time they offered to make me one, today I was told not until after 3 p.m. and when they’re gone, they’re gone. It sounds crazy, but it is the main reason I get an ice cream there. The girl working there today was obviously angry and frustrated that I asked today. And when I didn’t hear what she had said and asked clarification on what time they make them, she thumped her hands down and ignored me. It was really embarrassing to me. The sweet guy waiting on us tried to make up with kindness, but we were shook. I’m nervous to go back and still not sure they’ll have wait I’m wanting anyway. Darn.
I had the best server making my ice cream today! She was wearing a cute red jacket and cold stone apron. She was so nice and very respectful lady. We need more workers like her! What a stand up girl!

I went there around 9:45 on July 19th to see one person truly working while his three coworkers stood around talking with friends or doing absolutely nothing to help him. While he was working his butt off running back and forth checking people out AND making the ice cream, one coworker helped her friends who were in the back of the line while she visited with them. The other two workers sat around talking to each other, not one of them bothered to help him. Despite his lazy coworkers, he stayed positive and upbeat and was very kind to all the customers! I wasn’t able to catch his name, but I hope the owner/manager has cameras so they can look back to see him working while nobody helped him, that kid deserves a raise!! Especially when he’s doing the work of four people!! The world needs more hard working people like him!! Only giving this review a two star because of his lazy coworkers. The ice cream and that one worker who was actually working deserves five stars!!

It's a magical experience, you can always ask them to do tricks with your ice cream. While it may be on the more expensive side of ice cream it's definitely worth it.
The girl running the trailer at the Cinco De Mayo fair didn't want to sell us ice cream. We got to the window well before closing time and while staring at the ice cream she said "I'm out of everything" and started closing the window. She clearly wanted to be somewhere else.
