I placed an advance delivery order with the app for catering for a school ice cream party. Unfortunately, the delivery service was running really late on the day… the owner or manager stepped in and delivered the ice cream! I am so grateful - ten stars - you saved the day! Big thanks to Logan Cold Stone for going the extra mile! Next time, I’ll have it delivered the day before… lesson learned.

Nice and clean, great service, and friendly staff. They do a good job of making customers feel welcome and providing a good atmosphere for kids; they were super nice when I took my nephew out for ice-cream.
I did not see the name tag for the college-aged blonde woman, but she was super helpful and made my nephew laugh and smile, thank you for that.
Business was clean; floor and tables looked great. Price was good for the size of the servings, and this location partners with Rocky Mountain Chocolate so if you do not want ice cream, there are other treats to enjoy.

Awesome customer service! DoorDashed last minute ice cream for the family and my daughters got left at the store. Called and spoke to Jake and not only did he make her a brand new ice cream but he dropped it off personally at our door. It was really late and instead of chancing waking up the whole house with a doorbell or knock he just quietly left it and then messaged me it was there. This kid needs a raise!! Amazing customer service!

The ice cream is amazing. The consistency sucks. Some days we will get super full cups that go up into the lids. And other days we get cups way below the rim of the cup. Sometimes we get ice cream loaded with toppings and sometimes there is hardly any. I wish they used a scale or measured some way. That is really my only complaint. Flavor selections and toppings are awesome. Just a little consistency would go a long way.

By far some of the best ice cream I have ever tasted! I got the mint and Oreo flavors, and it was really good! The sizes are perfect, and the prices are relatively cheap! The workers were kind, and the store was super cute! They also have a bathroom, and chocolates to buy too! Definitely recommend for a nice treat!

I’ve always loved coldstone and hadn’t been to the one in Logan until today as I was doing an Uber Eats order. When I got in there, there were 2 people in line in front of me which of course the employees should take care of first. When they asked me what they could do for me I informed them I was picking up an Uber Eats order and they said they’d get to it. There were 3 employees there and only 3 customers (including me) in the store. The order only consisted of 2 ice creams and a milkshake but it took upwards of 20 minutes for the order to be ready. I’m still giving 3 stars because even though it took forever the ice cream did look fantastic, the place was very clean on the inside and the employees were very kind.
I didn’t realize how large the order must’ve been in front of me. I appreciate the response from the management explaining what was going on!

I love the Halloween vibes recently!!! The girl with the colored hair and cool makeup was really helpful and patient with us. She told us she’s doing new makeup every day made me want to come back just to see it! Plus I love that there’s an almond milk option!!

9/14/24, 2pm Hailey was awesome! Made the ice cream great and had a great attitude! Her co workers however, were not so awesome. A huge rush of people came in right after we got there, and Hailey was the only person helping customers. Everyone else was doing side work, not helping the 15+ customers in the store.
