Ish was gas today best Costa Vida salad in years. Came in unhappy bc my 5 dollar voucher didn’t work but the dish was 5 dollars better than usual🙏

I have been to Costa Vida probably over 75 times and it has gotten so frustrating how small the portions are getting with the prices going up. I went in today and was given maybe half of a scoop of sweet pork which was then spread out to make it look like there was more. I asked if I could get more since I was barely given any and the worker didn’t budge that I needed to pay extra for more meat since he gave me the “standard portion size.” I have been to Costa many times and that was not even close to the standard. I get the worker is trying to do their job but it’s very disappointing to be paying more and more with very little meat as well as less and less lettuce. Do better by your customers.

Food is great, but holy crap if I order on the app at 5:10pm for soonest pickup, I shouldn’t be waiting in the store for 45 minutes and then finally get my food at 630… absolutely ridiculous, will not be coming back to this location. Also, I patiently explained all this to the guy at the counter, and asked if there was anything that could be done, as I was trying to SAVE time, not sit and wait? He said “no I don’t think so”. Not even a free drink… I’m appalled

So frustrated. Spent $60 to get dinner for my husband and I and our whole order was messed up and missing items. I guess that’s what we get for not going into the store. Wish they would take a little more pride in their online orders like they do their in store orders.

The food is delicious and taste fresh like 95% of the time I go! The staff is usually very kind I have only had a couple of off experiences when going here but nothing really bad. I highly suggest their salads or burritos!

I miss the days where I didn’t have to stress if my order was being made wrong when I turn my head for a second.
this place has done it three times to me and instead of fixing the issue they want to just push me along and get me out and more over if I have to say something three or more time it gets to be a little annoying

Came in tonight passing through on the way to another destination and used a coupon from my email. Apparently it wasn’t accepted at this specific location, but the manager was quick to accept it without further delay or confusion.

Such fantastic customer service will bring me back next time I’m traveling through (even though I don’t live regionally.

The food is good. But the air conditioning had trouble keeping up on got days. And it is obvious they have a fair amount of turnover in staff (it is a college town).

I’ve been to this location a few times and everytime it’s a disappointment. The food at this location is very different than any other Costa Vida’s I’ve been too. I always end up with food poisoning after eating here and the customer service is very dismissive. Like I’m annoying them because I ordered a simple salad.

I placed a very large order online on August 8th for 21 people. I paid in full and was charged a tip. The order was for a work party August 9th . My confirmation email that I received on August 8th after placing the order said my order would be ready at 3:45 pm on August 9th. When I arrived on August 9th at 3:35 pm to pickup the order I was told they just started my order and it was going to be a while before the food was ready. The food is really good but it was so disappointing to not get out food on time. They still got my food by 4 pm but there were no utensils. They did their best to make up for being late ava I am grateful for that
