Everything about this place is Beautiful, and I could truly eat here every day, which brings us to the reason why I put 3 stars instead of 5. I got word that there is a location in Ogden that is open on Sundays and that should be standard. Sunday seems to be the day I crave the Vida the most, and each time I am left disappointed, and full of despair. So if the owner sees this and we get us a Sunday costa vida, I will see to it that you get my order every Sunday.

Good food but don't use their app if you plan to get your food quickly. It can be hard to hear them through the driver through and I recommend not using their app. I placed an order on the app and, got to the drive through and was told that they it would be over 15 minutes till they could start it. They had the order, but could not start it till the arbitrary time the app set for the order passed. We had to park in the parking lot, wait for the time the app assigned for the meal to be made, a time that was not disclosed to be before hand. Then I had to go inside and pick it up. The app may be worth it for the rewards if you go there enough to get a lot of points.

I went through the drive through to pick up my mobile order tonight (the girl at the window was very sweet!) and when I got home to eat dinner with my partner I noticed my plate smelled a bit funky. I picked at the food and realized it was the meat that smelt a little weird. I can’t pin point what it smelt like but my partner’s food didn’t smell the same. Mine tasted how it smelt and it was just very off and gross. I contacted the store and I think I spoke to the manager who was very understanding and nice. He let me explain the situation and than gave me options on how they can correct the mistake we’re in north logan so I didn’t want to go pick up a new order so he said he’s sending us coupons. I love going to this location because of the drive through and have always had a great experience :) 10/10 everyone is amazing

I’m allergic to rice, I asked for no rice. This is the fourth time in a row that they have given me rice in my burrito. I’ve gotten the food on my lunch break and don’t have time to turn around. I really hate wasting money on food I can’t eat and I have to throw away because someone didn’t listen.

I've always LOVED Costa Vida, especially since I've been diagnosed with celiac disease. However, when I asked for gluten free nachos the employee groaned and asked somebody else to help me. When my husband and I sat down with our food, his burrito was soggy & looked like lake water. It just wasn't the quality of service that we're used to at Costa Vida.
This is our favorite costa vida, we stop on our way to Bear Lake every time we go. The chicken is always cooked just right. Lettuce is cut perfect and not watery. Portions are great and service is great. Also bathrooms are clean which says a lot about the overall cleanliness.
