When they couldn't find the sodium content for menu items, Eric immediately offered suggestions and started making calls in order to get the information for us. He understood how important it was not just to us, but would be to others. He went above and beyond to help us. The food is great, but the service is next level.

The food was okay, but what I’m leaving a review for is the tip. I was supposed to be charged 5.33 and I was charged 7.49. I went through the drive through and did not specify a tip amount. In fact I was going to tip 0 if they asked. Then I was charged 7.49. It looks like in the drive thru they are selecting whatever tip they want and stealing your money! I’ve got the receipt to prove I was only supposed to be charged 5.33. Then 2.16 was added. That’s a 50 percent tip…. I’ve already refuted this with my credit card company and will no longer be going to the south store. North one is much better.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru and he ordered a sweet pork burrito with no pico de gallo and lettuce but to substitute it for rice and beans instead. That is a pretty simple order. However, once we opened the food he realized that they removed the beans and rice from his burrito instead and there was no side to the burrito combo plate! This is so ridiculous! How hard is it to get one order correct! I’m officially pissed because this is NOT the first time something like this has happened to me in this exact location!!!
