I hate to leave a negative review because the food and overall experience are great here, but for the fourth time now I have experienced not having my order given to me without me having to complain. The first three times were doing curbside pickup, and the latest was going through the drivethru. Each time I was only there to pick up ice cream. After waiting in my car for over 20 minutes, I've either had to go into the store or flag down an employee. The ice cream is always half melted and has obviously been sitting on the counter forgotten for the last half hour each time.
Very frustrating to have to do this 4 times now.

What an absolute joke. Ordered a burger and a chicken to go. Only gave us the chicken. Called in to get a refund and they told me to drive 20 minutes back to them if I’d like a refund for the food they didn’t give me.

This location has become such a joke. Culver's used to be one of the best places you could go to get food, but the drive-thru staff are a joke. I came in on the 15th of August at just after 3:00 to get a burger through the drive-thru and sat behind three cars waiting for somebody to put an order in and it took them like three or four minutes, whatever, I can wait, but I've already been in the Drive-Thru up to 5 minutes at that point and when I finally get to the window after I've made my order, it's absolutely ridiculous to sit there and make the three or four cars behind me as well as myself wait a solid 10 minutes while you continue to take orders through the drive-thru instead of letting us pay. I'm guessing this person is new, but were they trained at all?

We went for a celebratory treat, and we all loved our treats. We had 2 concrete mixers (ice cream) and a cooler (frozen lemonade). I got the strawberry mango cooler, and it was really tasty! And my family seemed to really like their mixers. One thing that was nice was when I checked to make sure the cooler was dairy-free the cashier asked if I wanted an allergen notice so that they prepare it in a mixer that doesn't ever have dairy in it. So that was really nice knowing there wouldn't be cross contamination. The one downside to Culver's was that I struggled to find any of their prices for anything when ordering in person, so I kind of just had to hope that it wouldn't all be crazy expensive.
I wish I could say my first time visiting Culvers was enjoyable. The food was great but it was a bit surprising getting yelled at for not asking for fry sauce at the register from the lady bringing my meal. Then she practically threw the fry sauce at me. Not sure I'll return. Pretty sad because the food is pretty good.
