CHECK YOUR ORDER! I work a 10-12 hour shift. I can only leave once to get lunch. Today I had to take lunch 3 hours late because of how busy work is. The guy that took my order, had it correctly on the ticket. It came out completely wrong. The only thing they can do is MAIL me a ticket good for one value meal. I get to go hungry today because of this restaurant. I’m sure hungry ☹️☹️

The service staff here was very friendly when I went, and the food was amazing. I got a double butter burger, and the burger was amazing. I don't normally get burgers when I go out, especially to fast food places, because I am very picky about my burgers, but their burger was very juicy and flavorful, and they used high-quality beef. I also got a custard shake, and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend Culver's to anyone looking for a quick place to grab a burger and shake.

I ordered mushroom + swiss, all I got on it was swiss. I understand if they're out of mushrooms but I wish they'd let me know cuz I would've ordered something else. Fries were good.

Culver's use to be a favorite when they used real cheddar cheese on their butter burgers, now they use that crappy American cheese, ruins the burger. Service at the Logan Culver's was not very good. Slow and not friendly.

2 out of 3 drive thru orders I’ve gotten have had missing or wrong items. Today I waited 20+ minutes (added play time from the songs I listened to while waiting) for 2 shakes. 10 cars that arrived behind me got their food/drinks/shakes while I waited. When they finally brought mine out there was no explanation or apology. When I got home my wife’s shake (vanilla with cherry mix in) had 1 cherry on top. Your food is delicious, but the aggravation makes it not worth it.
