My elderly father recently ordered from CupBop’s website and selected delivery. What he didn’t realize is that the order would be fulfilled through DoorDash. While he received some of the items, his main dish was missing.
When we contacted DoorDash, they explained that because the order was placed through CupBop’s website, CupBop would need to issue the refund. However, CupBop is refusing to take responsibility or process the refund.
This back-and-forth is completely unacceptable. My father paid for a meal he never received, and neither CupBop nor DoorDash is willing to make it right. For a customer, especially an elderly one, to be left in this position is outrageous.
I need someone to to contact me about this asap.
