So we ordered 2 box meals. Customized meals. I cannot swallow hard food or certain textures due to a car wreck where my throat and esophagus are damaged. We got the 2 boxes and they were completely messed up. Food in the wrong boxes. Food made incorrectly . I asked the manager about it twice in total embarrassment. He told me it is up to the customer to figure what food goes to each person. They mark it with a pen and expect the customer to read the pen and know which food is what. They said the computer system isn't set up to where the workers put the appropriate food in the appropriate boxes. Which makes zero sense. If a person orders a box it is up to the restaurant workers to make sure the right food ends up in the correct boxes and the food is are correct. So I was blamed for the mixup and made to feel really stupid. No other restaurant does this. I love del taco but this was a total waste of 30$. Since I couldn't eat the food since it wasn't made correctly and I couldn't swallow it. I needed it a certain way until I get better. I may go here in the future but only super easy foods that they cannot mixup or get the order wrong.

Tennessee helped us tonight and he is actually the best service industry worker I have every experienced. Chill fella and answered all my questions with confidence. Prime LeBron would be lucky to put on a performance like he did for us tonight. If I ever own a business he will have a job offer waiting for him. Bottom line he’s the goat. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

We went and the forgot to give us a bag of our food. I called to see if they could do anything and they said they could refund me but only in person. I then asked if I could make a complaint and the person on the phone said that they could take one. I asked for a manager and someone and they said no one else could take the complaint. I am sure that will get passed on.

I love visiting this Del Taco. It has become a little tradition for my daughter and I to come here on mom-daughter dates for about 5 years now. But what is most outstanding is the service inside. One of my favorite menu items was discontinued and I asked if they could recreate it. I have now gotten it multiple times and they remember me and always accommodate me! And it tastes just as good as it used to! So thank you Del Taco staff for helping me eat my favorite stuffed quesadilla taco once again.
Our experience sucked cashier took care of another customer before us and we weee first in line total bill was calculated wrong on the cashier fault we did not get the senior s cutuzen discount which we were promised the experience was not a good one I had a stomach ache after eating a burrito and taco the cooks were not concentrating on the kitchen as they were with there friends to
