Ordered from my Dickey.'s app 3/5. When I went at pickup time only to find it closed. Out $21.32, no way to contact anyone just skipped town

This particular location is closed pretty much all the time. It's a gamble for when they're open. There are no signs anywhere on the doors or out front. Google shows they should be open. When you call they don't answer. It's all very annoying.

I had a sausage sandwich with a side of waffle fries and potato salad and pecan pie. The sandwich was tasty but it was basically only sausage. Some grilled veggies like bell peppers would have been nice. The nice thing is that they offer barbecue sauce in a variety. However, if one isn't a meat eater it is hard to eat here. The pecan pie was tasty, but was cold. It would have been nice if it had been slightly warmed up.

Update 1/15/22:I came back here and the food was delicious and smelled freaken awesome. They have sandwiches, ribs, and other delicious meats. Great food.Original 2019 4-Star Review:The food was good, you tell them what you want and you have your food like a minute later. They have cool cups, which I forgot to take a pic of. They also give you free ice cream for desert with every plate. Over all it was a good restaurant, honestly don’t have any complaints.

I love Dickeys BBQ, I am from Texas. This operation needs improvement. I went in since they just reopened, and they have not improved. No prices and meat is not handled properly with Dickeys standards.

We ordered a pick up for 14 people and were told it would be an hour for our food, which was understandable. When the person went to pick up our food, Dickey's canceled our order. I called them and asked them why it was canceled. They said they ran out of meat. I then asked if they were out of meat when they accepted the order, they said yes. I asked them why they accepted our order, then waited an hour until it was time to be picked up before we were told they could not fulfill our order. They said 'I don't know'. Awful management!!

Love it! Learned to love it in the south and I'm sooooo happy it's here! I mean where can you buy wonderfully BBQ cooked meat by the pound, come on!!

Ribs are fixed. Brisket had great bark and the right amount of salt and pepper. A month ago it was a 1 star. Hats off to the owner for taking the suggestions to heart and greatly improving his product. Finally have a rib spot again.

To start, the food was pretty good. If you want barbecue, this is the best place I know of in Logan, but that isn’t saying much.They overcharged me for the food I ordered, and when I asked for a refund, nobody working knew how. They asked me to write down my phone number and someone would call me and help me get a refund. Nobody ever called me. Train your employees! If you have a hard time hiring, PAY THEM MORE!!!

We have ordered a few times from here on doordash. The food is absolutely amazing. They have gluten-free options which is necessary. The chicken is amazing, the pork is amazing, the sides are so good!! Highly recommend as a safe option for my celiac friends!
Food was good, didn't have to wait too long. Big bummer that they don't have free ice cream cones and pickles any more.

The portions are very small for what you pay for. The meat was not hot and pretty dry. The bbq sauce was good! I do love the cups though!

The meat was already cool by the time the waffle fries were ready. The dry rub was too salty, and the sauces all had too much vinegar. I just can't recommend it.

The staff was friendly, but the food... to call it forgettable is wrong because you will remember how bad it is. The meat was dry, and colder than the hand sanitizer in my car. The strongest flavor was 'caramelized' (burnt beyond recognition) onion. Do not go in if you want to have a nice dinner. I don't even think a person who has lost their sense of taste to covid would enjoy this place. Think twice before entering.
