Ordered online, and went to pick up in the time frame it told me. I went in because my app said it was completed and ready, but it wasn’t ready when I went it. We had to wait an additional 30+ minutes. We also paid extra for toppings on one of the pizzas, and they weren’t on the pizza. It happens, just frustrating to wait much longer than expected when the app said it was ready and then to not have what we paid extra for.

I would give it zero stars but that’s not an option. Had an online coupon and the app wouldn’t let me upload the coupon. Called as asked one of the employees for help and told me to come in and would put the coupon in. Came in and tried to use the coupon in person and the employee that was helping me lied to me. Said he would give me $5 cause he wasn’t able to use the coupon. I ended up paying full price! (Said I’d pay $15.10, actually paid 21.04) And the cherry on top was they messed up on our order. Wanted pepperoni on my pizza and they couldn’t even do that. -1000/10 would never recommend going and will not be going back! Little Ceasars is much better at their job than them

Great pizza every time and on time. Also their 7.99 large single topping takeout is way worth the extra dollar over little Caesar’s 6.99 hot and ready. One extra dollar for better pizza and a lot more meat options. Check out their coupons they usually have pretty good ones.

They play commercials about deals, but then you can't actually order them. I tried online and it didn't work, then I called them, and they said I had to order it online.. So don't ever believe a commercial you see about deals for Dominos. Their customer service is lacking as well..

We called and ordered. After an hour and 20 minutes without a delivery, we called to follow up. The manager answered and said it'd be 30 more minutes. They had lost or forgotten our order. The manager refused to admit it or apologize. After waiting nearly two hours the pizza arrived.Sadly, two weeks later I had an identical experience in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Same story. They lost the order. There was no apology from the manager at either place or a price break. I worked for Domino's while in dental school in Lincoln, Nebraska. A similar screw-up would have resulted in free pizza. Now you don't even get an apology.I'm done with Domino's pizza.

It's one star because of the environment that I walked into. There were maybe five six workers there and one of them was working. I came in during the evening shift of October 9th. I came in for my order and I couldn't even hear the cashier. That's how Wild the other staff were being. And I noticed that the one girl that was there was the instigator of all of it. She was goofing off and riling the others up. But what's really concerning is that I wanted to ask for the store owners number because as I walked in she was telling another young man not to touch her. I wasn't expecting to walk in to a store run by at least near adults and witness sexual harassment. You guys are getting one star because I couldn't hear over how loud you all were being. I couldn't function as a customer. I couldn't ask questions because I couldn't hear the answers. Whether the food is good or not, I haven't even gotten to it. Because the moment that I walked out is the moment that I started this review. I have never walked into a restaurant and been exposed to such immaturity and such obnoxious behavior in my life. I have been to some really trashy food places, and even then there's far more professionalism. I have never seen such a obnoxious and Wild group of teenagers. I don't understand how only five people can be so loud. There was no work being done except for by one or maybe two people there. I won't be coming back to this location because I can't imagine exposing myself to such utter chaos and unprofessional behavior. Might as well just go to Papa John's since it's the same distance.
