Ordered on a busy Friday night. Ordered carry out and ordered a well done pizza and the pizza unfortunately was a bit doughy. But I put that the pizza was a bit doughy in the pizza tracker and minutes later was called to try and correct the issue. Was only in town for the night and declined anything to fix the issue. But because the customer service was so amazing I decided to rate them 5 stars! They went above and beyond trying to got fix the mistake. Phenomenal service!

I believe our pizzas were made by a blind man with sprained wrists. Almost no cheese on any of the 6 pizzas we ordered. Most had no detectable sauce. The pepperonis look like they were sneezed on the pizza, and not one slice, out of the 48, was sliced all the way through.
It was like pepperoni bread with lines traced on it.
This is the type of carelessness I expect from Little Caesar’s. Not you, Dominos! 😅

They deliver my order. Place it on a table outside. And just leave. They don't knock on the door, or ring the door bell. Nothing. How am I suppose to know it's been delivered? This has happened multiple times. And the box to deliver it on the table isn't even checked.

After doing well over 20 years of ordering through this particular location, one singular comment that, admittedly was inappropriate, landed me permanently on the blacklist so that I can no longer order from this location. Be advised that I came in in person, The very next day, in regards to this incident, desiring to have it addressed through the management, and even through the franchise owner, who, chose to blacklist me, or rather somber in, and humbling experience. Wanting to address the issue and resolve it, but the general manager and the franchise owner, Had already decided to blacklist me forever from ordering from my favorite delivery pizza.I believe that was the most damaging situation, though was I had specifically requested to be informed of the decision as to whether or not, I would be allowed to order takeout door, even be allowed on the premises and no one. No one not the franchise owner not the general manager contacted me to inform me. After 20 to 30 years of business. One misguided, misunderstood comment by me, terminated it all.
We tried reasonably priced salad and pasta dish. They are busy but service is super!

I went and place an order at 11:00 p.m. I told them guys couldn't take it on my bike. That I wanted it delivered. Pay them there. A half hour to 45 minutes went by no pizza. They told me my pizza is done. But it can be delivered tell an hour later. Now That's what I call piss poor service looks like they're a bunch of bad reviews on this Southside Domino's.

We are ALWAYS 100% satisfied with delivery from this location. Accurate, hot, and nice drivers! Not to mention the convenience after work puts a smile on our faces.
Parking: Parking right in front of store. Plenty of spots.
Kid-friendliness: My 10y/o kid goes in and picks up pizzas for us and they’re always friendly to him.
