I went and place an order at 11:00 p.m. I told them guys couldn't take it on my bike. That I wanted it delivered. Pay them there. A half hour to 45 minutes went by no pizza. They told me my pizza is done. But it can be delivered tell an hour later. Now That's what I call piss poor service looks like they're a bunch of bad reviews on this Southside Domino's.

We are ALWAYS 100% satisfied with delivery from this location. Accurate, hot, and nice drivers! Not to mention the convenience after work puts a smile on our faces.Parking: Parking right in front of store. Plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: My 10y/o kid goes in and picks up pizzas for us and they’re always friendly to him.

Horrible pizza. Too much sauce! Cheese is on top of toppings andcausing the meat to not be warm or cooked right. There was also a hair on one of the pizzas.

My favorite pizza place, Fox’s, closed so I tried Domino's after many years. Bought a thin crust pizza a few days ago. Just was too thin and not like eating pizza at all. Just didn’t taste good.A few days later, I was sent a coupon deal for a free “emergency pizza”. I decided to try this pizza because it was free, but with the hand tossed crust this time. I also ordered cheese covered tater tots.I noticed that the Pizza tasted really sweet, like it had sugar in it. It had only two toppings, pepperoni and green pepper. The green pepper was cut very tiny, and so thin it was see-through, which I know is a cost-cutting measure due to the rising cost of things. Again, this pizza did not taste like I remember Domino’s used to taste. I basically ate off the pepperoni and threw away the rest.The tater tots were awful and a waste of $6.99. There was no cheese on top of the tots as in the pictures, and instead, the cheese is thrown on the paper, and then the tater tots on top of the cheese and then it is baked. My cheese was burnt. I could only pull off the tater tots from the burnt cheese, and they would break away from the cheese, so that there was no cheese on the tater tots at all. The cheese-less tots had an odd flavor. Didn’t finish them either.Finally, when I went to pick up my order tonight, I said hello to the first young man I saw, but he was nervous and looked away and ignored me. I got my food and looked up and met the eyes of another worker and said thank you to him, and he had the weirdest look on his face like he was guilty of something. It was very odd. He did say thank you after I said it first. Not going back.

It was super-easy to find a coupon on the Domino's website. I ordered and paid online, then drove to Domino's to pick up my pizza. The whole process was really easy and convenient. The pizzas were tasty too.

Great pizza and fast service!!!! I ordered through the app and did curbside pickup. My order was ready when I pulled in and was out to my car fast. The pizza was super good! It was cooked perfectly and had the perfect amount of sauce on it. I always order extra sauce on my pizza. The amount of toppings on my pizza was perfect. It was the perfect pizza! I will definitely be back based on todays visit.

Pizza is always fresh and delicious, but customer service needs improvement. I know Friday nights are busy, but there were several employees there and not a single one acknowledged the customers waiting to be helped. I am totally fine with waiting, but a simple "be right with you" would've been nice. The employee helping me with my transaction seemed annoyed with having to help the line.
found tick tok coupons manager refused to honor them as they must be done online had he managed to help me on this order i would have been happier as it was i had him cancel the order and redo it myself on line. i know full well he could have used his power as manager to accomodate me on my order. instead he earned a bad review

..... uncooked dough on a mess up order.... because they had originally uncooked the dough. This location is a nightmare. I won't be returning. Doubt the north is better, likely owned by the same franchise. Had to go to corporate last time and still no change.I wonder when dominos became bottom tier again. Unfortunate. How do you mess up a remake weeks later.
