Jacob is the most genuine soul and our Dutch Bros stand in Logan Utah is beyond lucky to have him. I struggle with my mental health and today was just a day iykyk. I ask if I could get a hug and without hesitation he accepted and truly made my day. It's people like him that put a smile on your heart...and he comped my order which he didn't have to do. The last few times I've redeemed points for the free unlimited drink, the drink doesn't include everything I asked for in it... today I ordered the vanilla cold brew with the shine effect in it and wanted oatmilk added into it with caramel drizzle. The drink I got was just a basic cold brew with a bit of caramel at the bottom. I get I didn't even pay $ for it since I redeemed points for this drink, but the person taking my order or the person making the order just doesn't actively listen to everything I wanted added in it seems. A little more extra attention to orders would be nice. The extras you can add to Dutchbro drinks is why some customers like me prefer you over Starbucks. :(

This is a happy place for us! Everyone here is so kind and attentive. Jacob especially is very kind and wants to make sure you get the right drink for you. He helped us get the perfect extra chocolate drink we needed after explaining what we wanted. Would recommend it to anyone!

Just had my first trip to Dutch Bros tonight, and I loved it! The staff were friendly, the vibes were good, and the wait for our drinks wasn't long. My coffee was delicious and fairly priced for what I ordered (I recommend the Caramelizer Blended Freeze). The only small nitpick I have is that there isn't any seating inside the store, but I'll let it slide since it's a pretty small location. Would definitely go back!
