I can't count how many times they've got my order wrong, specifically the pick up order. This place has potential but they are too understaffed and their new employees are kinda rude, I was waiting 10 minutes for a pick up order and one of the employees told me "it's the next order" as I was about to ask her something, as if to brush me off, and then proceeded to screw up my order. Are you serious? People have places to be man. And every single time I have ordered pick up they never toast or butter it even though I asked that on the phone.. Like how hard is that? xD I understand they are busy but when there is a pick up order and they haven't even started it when you get there how do except to have regular customers. This place used to be ran better but lately their employees don't seem to know what they're doing.

I absolutely love Einstein Bros Bagels! I always order on the app and my order is always perfect. I know every time that I go I will be greeted with a smile and a fantastic bagel. The staff and manager are always friendly and happy to help. Thank you Einstein for making my breakfast the best part of my day.

The sandwiches are sooo good and filling! And I love the orange juice. It's just right with the flavor. This has become my favorite breakfast spot.
Pretty good bagels. Super clean restaurant. I'm not sure what to call or, or how to quantity it, but this place feels almost overwhelmingly corporate. It is highly systematized, and efficient. I like the bulletin board. The people serving are competent professionals.
My experiences with the personell in this establishment have x always been great.
I feel like the point of sale area doesn't flow really well. I find it clunky to order, go to another station, and then pay. It just doesn't feel right. I'm not sure why, but that part of my experience just feels weird.

Parking: It can get cramped in this parking lot, especially if you are driving a farm truck like I do sometimes. But there is usually a good amount of spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp close by to v get into the establishment. There isn't an automatic for opener, so those with power chairs might have some trouble with that. There is a table specifically designed for wheelchair users.
Usually have great food from Einsteins. DoorDashed it this morning and my eggs were gray and smelt weird. Guess it’s not made as fresh as I thought. I couldn’t finish eating it. This will make me think twice before going again for breakfast.

Waited for 30 minutes and when I asked how long it would be they hadn't even started it, the last few times I've been it's been really mediocre and they got my order wrong. Definitely not coming back

I love Einstein bagels in general! But this location had great service the manager was very kind in helping me with my coupon and Annie was so sweet she saw my friend and I look in distress so she made our day by being social and giggling with us brightening our day! Thanks guys
