I’ll start off by saying I used to be a HUGE Einstein Bagels fan, but this was a year or two ago. I’m not sure if manager changed, baker, or just service in general. It was my first time going in quite some time, I always get the Farmhouse bagel and a cinnamon sugar bagel with cream cheese. I was disappointed when I got my Farmhouse bagel, the bagel itself was really dry, hardly any dressing, and the bacon was not very well cooked. It also just wasn’t as big as they used to be back then. They were out of cinnamon bagels too so that kinda sucked. Hopefully they get back on track soon, I love Einstein bagels, but probably won’t be coming back until the store gets better management.

so disappointed! the workers seemed annoyed that we even wanted to order, and then all our food was wrong. when they gave us the correct food we only got part of our order and we could absolutely tell they picked the toppings off our bagels and just gave them right back to us. the worst part of it all was thick strands of hair in my pizza bagel. never going back!

Showed up this morning to locked doors at 6:20. Their baker failed to show up and they didn't have bagels. Food is too expensive here, but it tastes fine.

Didnt get what I ordered for my drink or my sandwich neither did my girlfriend. My sandwich was also only half cut on the top bagel but not the bottom one.

Let me order online but when I went to go pick it up, they had closed early for the day? I then went to go explain this to them when they were open and the employee didn’t say hi, literally didn’t even acknowledge what I said and just pointed to where I can pick up my food. When I did pick it up, the cheese wasn’t even melted and it wasn’t even warm despite being just made. I don’t know what happened but this place has gone downhill.

kevin from einstein bros bagels logan is truly one of the nicest people i have ever met. i pulled up to the bagel shop and found out they were closed. kevin came out and kindly offered me a dozen free bagels for me and my sisters. every time i go to this place i have such a great expieriance and i love the food! so good and they will never let you down. KEVIN IS THE GOATTT

I don't write reviews but after several times of ordering online and not getting my food has finally frustrated me to a point where I need to let the owner know how unorganized the restaurant is. I just want my food and they seem to really struggle in the mornings and either don't have the staff or the food.

They won’t take payment even in cash because they want to close 30 minutes early. They would rather waste hundreds of bagel than figure things out and stay open until 2. They literally put them in garbage sacks as we are sitting there and then threw them into the dumpster after she said they would be donated. Liars.
Perfect spot to eat and work away from home on my computer. I am traveling and needed to find a place to camp out for a few hours and work. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and checked that I had everything I needed. There was a line but they are very fast, so the line wasn’t a problem. It is a great place to grab some food whether you’re dropping in quick, staying a while, or picking up a preorder.

3 Times now I've stopped in to get the Country Bagels and Gravy sandwich and 3 times they haven't had the gourmet country sausage bagel that is advertised. So I paid for a gourmet bagel sandwich without the gourmet bagel, again. I don't think I'll be going back for a 4th time.
