I ordered 3 bagels and 2 of them were superrrrr doughy and not cooked through. This used to be my favorite breakfast place in Logan but it seems to have gone downhill.

You close at 2:00 pm? Those are the most ridiculous hours of operation I’ve ever heard of. We showed up at 1:57 pm and were turned away because they close at 2:00 pm. Just stupid. So your response is, it is what it is? No I will not be changing my review of your establishment. Your hours suck and your staff is rude. If I could give less than one star I would. Do better and be better.

I miss the previous manager, she had dark hair and was fantastic. The last few times I've been in it seems like it's chaos. Today before 7am, they were filling huge orders and I waited at the register for about 5 mins before a cashier came to help our line of 6-7 people. Their ovens were broken yesterday, so maybe it was catch-up today but the manager didn't say anything to any of us. Just looked stressed and running around. Frankly, every time I see him he looks like that. I don't go in as often and I'm not sure I want to have this group cater anything for our department at this point.

I can't count how many times they've got my order wrong, specifically the pick up order. This place has potential but they are too understaffed and their new employees are kinda rude, I was waiting 10 minutes for a pick up order and one of the employees told me "it's the next order" as I was about to ask her something, as if to brush me off, and then proceeded to screw up my order. Are you serious? People have places to be man. And every single time I have ordered pick up they never toast or butter it even though I asked that on the phone.. Like how hard is that? xD I understand they are busy but when there is a pick up order and they haven't even started it when you get there how do except to have regular customers. This place used to be ran better but lately their employees don't seem to know what they're doing.
I absolutely love Einstein Bros Bagels! I always order on the app and my order is always perfect. I know every time that I go I will be greeted with a smile and a fantastic bagel. The staff and manager are always friendly and happy to help. Thank you Einstein for making my breakfast the best part of my day.
