What can I say? Excellent food, remarkable service, there is no reason not to go here. Thank you to the entire staff. The cooks did great, service was exceptional, and even the bussers were respectful of your experience. A well oiled machine. Top notch management.

If I remember right, El Toro was a hole in the wall when I was in high school! Came back visiting 20 years later and WOW!! Their location is awesome, great atmosphere, good prices for a sit down meal, and the CARNE ASADA!! I would definitely get it again!! Based on that one meal, they definitely deserve this 5 stars. ?

Great Mexican food! Took a group of 13 and was able to be seated fairly quick mid afternoon for a late lunch on a weekend. The food came out fast and the chips and salsa never ran out. Everyone was happy with their orders

We have a daughter and her family living in the area, we make it a point to eat here several times a year. Excellent food and service. The shrimp cocktail is excellent, it's a bit like a shrimp ceviche with whole shrimp. The food portions are above average in my opinion as well. I believe it to be fairly priced for a very nice meal.

El Toro is a Cache Valley classic. The food is awesome, especially the Enchiladas Tri-color. The staff are all friendly. One of the best places in town.

Online menu was "updated a year and a half ago" and isn't accurate anymore. Tried to order caldo de res and was met with "yeah we stopped serving that like a year and a half ago." Good luck finding something to order unless you're physically in the restaurant. Unprofessional.

This place is over the top with portion size and the food looked and tasted great. Chips were refilled without having to ask. Really great experience.

We went here for lunch on our anniversary trip. It was very delicious.

I love the fun decorations! We let the waitress know that it was our first time eating there, and she was quick to answer any questions we had.

The chips and two kinds of salsa were good. We both preferred the Verde (green) salsa.

I had the spinach mushroom quesedilla. It was very yummy!

Hubby had chicken enchiladas mole. While it was a bit heavy on chicken, the mole sauce was delicious.

The rice and beans were good as well. Rice was perfectly cooked and not soggy or underdone. I really loved the coleslaw, too! Highly recommend that you get coleslaw with whatever dish you get.

Prices we reasonable, too. Thanks for a great meal!

Vegetarian options: Very limited vegetarian options. Spinach mushroom quesedilla or Chile relleno. You could do the fajitas without meat or a salad without meat. The coleslaw side made things more exciting, too. Just explain your dietary needs and I'm sure they will work with you.

The chips and salsa here were wonderful probably one of the best chips and salsa I have had. The combo plates were reasonable and good portions. I enjoyed the rice.
