Ordered food for pickup. Had a French Dip with a cookie and a coke. They did not give Au Jus with the sandwich. Lunch is over now, totally disappointed.

The food was ok, it great. The restaurant was really dirty! Things in disrepair, things broken. There was a toddler walking around where the food is prepared. Ice maker broken. The drink dispenser had stains from drink coloring everywhere. It really was discusting. I can’t recommend.

Got the brisket sandwich and it was rather sad, they put a few slices of meat and barely and cheese or sauce. Somehow they have made Subway look good...

I absolutely love ♥️ their hoagie bread, it is the softest ever!
They need to get some salt and pepper in house for customers use, though. I asked for some and they gave me the shakers they use when making sandwiches. They hadn't been cleaned in some time, and were pretty sticky and a little scary. 🤔

Food is great, but not “wait 45 minutes for your food” great. I’ve came to this location 3 times, and each time I’ve waited over a half hour for a sandwich. Absolutely INSANE

Took forever for 2 sandwiches and one completely void of barbecue sauce.waited more than 30 minutes for two sandwiches that they didn't even get right. Lots of other angry people there besides me.

How do you lose an order? Waited 15 minutes, of course we’re in a hurry. Finally ask and they have no clue as I’m holding my receipt. Soda machine has a large mess under it on the floor that nobody was cleaning up. Finally got our order after over 20 minutes. This location is going downhill fast.
