We have gone here several times and it ha always been a pretty good experience, food was fresh and tasted good, place was clean.

Not sure what problem the girl had tonight, but her attitude was very dismissive. No.music inside, which makes it dull, but I love thier sandwiches so I'll try to go during a different shift.

I haven’t been here forever and I’m going to be a regular now! We are big Jersey Mikes fans but I think we might be switching! The girl who helped us was so sweet (brown hair, looked like she was in high school) and the sandwich my husband and I shared was SO good. We got the Club on a Sub (large) and we are SO full and SO happy 👏🏻 we also got a free sandwich for Valentines Day!

I really didn’t like my sub. The meat tasted fake and had a weird soft texture, the wheat bread was off and had an almost acidic taste to it, and everything else wasn’t fresh or memorable. First and last time at firehouse sub

The food here is always good. Probably one of my favorite places for quality but fast food.

Was a fairly regular customer until today. At 2PM, I came in and ordered a sandwich and Mac n cheese. The sandwich barely had meat on it. I counted. Two tiny chunks of chicken barely the size of my thumb. Tons, and I mean TONS of sauce. The Mac n cheese had curdled, and was cold. You could smell that the milk/cream had gone bad, you could see the chunks it had coagulated into... And not to mention it was bone cold. Just... Absolutely disgusted... How little do you have to care about your job to act that way. Not to mention how uninterested the staff were in having any sort of conversation with you. They barely interacted with me, and just chattered among themselves.

I ordered a Hook and Ladder. I have always loved this but today, it was the worse I have ever gotten.
The lettuce was brown, the bun was all dried out on the end.
It tasted like it had some bad oil on it. It made me sick.
I basically threw 15.00 away.

The lobby was very dirty when we went in and the kitchen area didn’t look any better. We ordered regardless hoping for the best. While we were waiting I was looking at the receipt and noticed they charged us for combos when I ordered sandwiches only. I went back up to let them know so I could get a refund and he just gave me the cups and told me to get chips. I told him I didn’t order combos because I didn’t need the drinks or chips. He just shrugged and said It’s too late because I already paid for them. Sneaky way of getting more sales I guess. The sandwiches themselves weren’t too bad but definitely not worth the money. The biggest positive was the firefighter helmets the kids got from going.
