I absolutely love ♥️ their hoagie bread, it is the softest ever!

They need to get some salt and pepper in house for customers use, though. I asked for some and they gave me the shakers they use when making sandwiches. They hadn't been cleaned in some time, and were pretty sticky and a little scary. 🤔

I love their food but I don’t love waiting over 25 minutes for a sandwich. They were more focused on carry out orders than they were with people ordering in line at the store.

Food is great, but not “wait 45 minutes for your food” great. I’ve came to this location 3 times, and each time I’ve waited over a half hour for a sandwich. Absolutely INSANE

Took forever for 2 sandwiches and one completely void of barbecue sauce.waited more than 30 minutes for two sandwiches that they didn't even get right. Lots of other angry people there besides me.

How do you lose an order? Waited 15 minutes, of course we’re in a hurry. Finally ask and they have no clue as I’m holding my receipt. Soda machine has a large mess under it on the floor that nobody was cleaning up. Finally got our order after over 20 minutes. This location is going downhill fast.

The store is very clean and organized, but the service is a bit sloppy. The sandwich prepared were but together haphazardly and messy. The employee had sauces on his hands and so did the food containers and the to go bags. They could clean their hands to avoid this especially when I was the only customer in the store. I could understand if they were slammed, but not when they are just standing around.

Why is it I check the reviews, they seem good. I order… it’s soaking wet garbage, inedible that caused food borne illness aka Food Poisoning in me and my partner. Just wow.. what a waste of 30.00.. was so sick I couldn’t even return the food before they closed.. bread wasn’t toasted, chicken was raw and cold, TOO MUCH SAUCE!! It drenched my bread and I could not air fry the life out of it to be edible again.. Not sure wtf but I want my money back please. I never can get even 1 good sandwich out of this place, I miss Colorado.. food was always good quality

Not sure what problem the girl had tonight, but her attitude was very dismissive. No.music inside, which makes it dull, but I love thier sandwiches so I'll try to go during a different shift.

I haven’t been here forever and I’m going to be a regular now! We are big Jersey Mikes fans but I think we might be switching! The girl who helped us was so sweet (brown hair, looked like she was in high school) and the sandwich my husband and I shared was SO good. We got the Club on a Sub (large) and we are SO full and SO happy 👏🏻 we also got a free sandwich for Valentines Day!
