Always a fan of five guys. Still very expensive for a burger joint but the staff is friendly and the food is always hot and delicious. So I guess you get great service and food for the price.

Normally a great experience, not sure what happened tonight. Staff took our order then all left the front for 5 minutes and then came back with a big line.
Also I know it’s not required, but Five Guys are known to give healthy portions of fry’s, we didn’t receive any additional fry’s in the bag which is fine, but not what the food branch is known for.
Hoping this is just a one off, still love the place and staff are always friendly!

Five guys never disappoints me. Unfortunately, as everything else, it makes having a hamburger expensive and for those of us on a fixed income less likely to visit very often.

My wife went into to use $30.00 in gift cards we bought at a nonprofit event. They told her the gift cards were no good and threw them away in front of her. There was no attempt to make it right. I would warn anyone not to get any gift cards from a business that doesn’t honor them. Very disappointed with this poor experience.

The burger was delicious but way too sloppy more patties than I expected. Way more fries than I could possibly eat.
Tables could have used a wipe down, but the food is always so fresh, and the staff is always very patient.
Kid-friendliness: They cut their hotdogs so I don't worry about my kids choking and it is easier to feed my young kids.

Food was great. I ordered my burger with jalapeños. There jalapeños have no heat and very little taste. I order jalapeños for the heat and the flavor. I suggest at least medium heat.

Was there about 2 weeks ago, walked in, saw a bunch of loud obnoxious teens, looked at the price of burgers ( not much under 10.00 for just a burger) and walked right back out.
