Whenever ordering to go, I always need to ask for syrup, ketchup, and other condiments. Other than that, it is good food!

Still undecided? How I feel about this place?
Original lady who took our order didn't stop by 2 refill the coffee. Another lady had to do it. Chicken sandwich had Shredded cheese that fell out every where

Its very good food , good service. Advice to the managers; you might be a bit under staffed. That hurts the waitress tips but adds to you bonuses, these servers need help

The associate lady and manager gave me such an attitude all because I didn't state I was Hispanic as well? She thought I must of been only white, until I said ", Your Hispanic too?" To attempt to cool her off which worked, I feel some racial and sexist people do work here. Btw I only seen woman here working, that's just discrimination and this is America nothing else. All sex and races should be able to work here.

Your late night options are limited in Logan, and it's a clean IHOP with good service.
Hair in my pancakes, omelet was cold [sat in the window for 15 minutes before being brought out) we were sat at a table and basically forgotten about. It took 20 minutes for them to come do a drink order and another 30 minutes
Before drinks were brought to our table. I was getting ready to leave when they brought our drinks. I should have just got up and walked out anyway. Bad food, bad service. Spent 2 1/2 hours there.

I have given this place multiple chances but every time I end up being disappointed. This last time that I went here I asked to speak to the manager and Kevin was the manager I spoke to. He was extremely rude and seemed like he was annoyed at everything I was saying to him about the service. I left feeling very upset and we didn't even finish the food(also they told me the coffee machine was broken but I saw that other customers were getting served coffee).
Also one of the 5 star reviews is from there own manager.

Terrible experience all around, management made things worse. If I was the owner I would look into who I hired as management because they abuse the employees in front of customers.

I HOP(E) we get our food soon. We waited over 45 minutes for our food to come. And, there were <16 customers in the whole restaurant. The staff is nice and well intentioned. The food was average,,,so must be a management problem. Not sure if I’ll come back.

The breakfast was covered in oil, the waitresses were very rude. I have a 10-month-old baby and it takes her a while to eat and she looked at me as if I wasn't going to pay. I can't open my baby's mouth and fill her mouth all at once. She took the receipt for payment very quickly and got to the point where she approached me and told me that if I was going to pay, I should pay her so she wouldn't think that I wasn't going to pay. The truth is, I don't think I'll come back apart from the fact that it took a long time to give us a table and to bring the food, not to mention
20 minutes after being sat to take order. 40 minutes later we left. Other parties sat after us were finished eating and we never got our food. No comments from wait staff.

I wish I could give any kind of positive review. We walked in and were seated at 0958. No food at 1055. We left. The waitress was mystified. As to why we were leaving. It took 30 min to even take out order and then people who were seated after us were finished eating and still no food. Last time for me.

Well I wasn't that hungry got the kids fench toast and fruit. I do recommend if you want fruit tell them no fruit fresh or whatever they put in it. Makes the fruit taste funny.

Check # 161325027 . Today my wife and I thought we would stop by and have something to eat at the Logan IHOP location . What a mistake! Our waitress tried but the Manager was constantly trying to talk to her ( flirt ) and our food sat in the window for 15 minutes my toast was cold and our meals were barely warm she did not deliver our pancakes when the food finally came out . She then tried to make it right with fresh toast but at this point I was pretty frustrated and did not touch the toast . The manager then came to my table to offer a warm up on my coffee and I confronted him on doing more work and less talking . He then disappeared and let his waitress handle multiple upset tables . In my opinion after being an Area manager in the retail world for 32 years your manager is way too immature to be managing any business. Horrible representation of your Brand and business. This is why the Dennys in logan and soon your buisness will be closing and bushinesses like Gracie’s on the north end of town will flourish . Food for thought.
