Was here with friends before a show at Lion hart hall. They ordered and payed and then we ordered and payed. They got their food. Our number was never called. We asked and they forgot to put a ticket up for us on the line. They offered to start it but we had to leave to make the show on time. They did refund us but it was a LONG night with an empty belly.

Burger was pretty good, milkshake was nice and thick (a thicker straw would be nice, but still good), the fries were ok. Got a hat!! Just have to ask haha

tl;dr—Good food, sometimes they rush a bit. My order is a double-double with onion, animal-style fries well done, and a Neopolitan shake. Last time my animal fries were dropped on their side before given to me, so some of it slipped off inside the box. But, it was good enough that I won't knock them too bad.

Look man, it's In-N-Out. In my opinion, it's at the top of the fast foot burger options. Not gourmet, not particularly healthy... But damn is it tasty. Service is always great, just be prepared to wait a bit if you visit during lunch in the drive-thru. Folks tend to over-hype In-N-Out, but it is still a decent option for a quick and tasty meal.

Super busy, but quick delivery of food. Food is consistently good and hot. We have been to many In n Out locations, and this one is equally as good as others. It's nice they have a limited menu which helps to ensure the speed of delivery. I like that a protein style burger can be ordered for those who don't wish to have a bun. French fries are hand cut in each store.
