I’ve now tried In-N-Out in California & Utah, “Animal-style” & normal at 4 locations. The burgers lack flavor, and the fries are fresh but taste like salted cardboard. A similar burger & fries is Steak N Shake, but it’s 10x better than In-N-Out. I just don’t get the hype…

I love In n Out, but tonight they dropped the ball. Me and my boyfriend went tonight to get burgers because I had a rough day and they’re my favorite, but was met with just disappointment. Instead of getting my go to double double with no tomato and animal fry no spread that I always order, I got a double double with tomato and PEPPERS??! Literally so spicy I couldn’t finish it. My animal fries were smothered in spread even though I asked for none and they didn’t even give me a fork to eat them with. Overall just killed my mood.

I love in and out and today after work i decided to get some! The worker who took my order was so funny and nice it made my day. Though my burger bun was a little burnt it honestly made my burger tastier but that's just me. Will continue to go here i LOVE it!!
The food and service was fairly fast. We did a to go order. The fries are sub-par in comparison to other places fries. They are not my favorite. The burger was decent, but average. I liked the sauce they put on it animal style, but it could use some more flavor to it.
