That was the slowest experience I’ve ever had with a burger restaurant, sit down included. It was nice that I was able to make friends with the one other person waiting over 20 minutes for a burger. He’s going to be my best man now after going through that difficult experience together.

This is supposed to be a fast food and it has nothing of fast. They take for ever to take you order not only that to give it to you is another 20+min. I always want to give it a another chance but everytime is the same thing. Im pretty sure they have lost clientele for the same reason.

Food is decent, staff is friendly. Insanely slow though like you could go to a sit down restaurant easily in the same time it takes to get one combo meal. If you are driving thru make sure you fill up so you don’t run out of gas waiting for your order. Think about what you want for dinner and order that instead of lunch. Bring a good book. Finish that crochet project. Take trail mix to tide you over. Clear out your Gmail inbox.

Took over 35 minutes just to get a jr burger and cheese sticks and they were both cold by the time I got them , shouldn’t take 35 for fast food plus having to warm up my food after

On November 19th, 2025 I ordered a Lunchie Box. The mini tacos were all stuck together and once I pried one off and tried to bite it I quickly noticed that although the very edges felt hot the middle was like ice. The hamburger in the same order was also barely lukewarm despite me trying to eat it within minutes of buying it. I filed a complaint online and the first time I heard back from them was about 2 weeks later when they sent an automated email asking how the resolution to my issue went to which I replied no one ever contacted me and it told me it would forward it to a location manager. I still have never heard back from them.

Ended up at Jack in the Box around 10:00 on Thanksgiving due to some unforeseen circumstances. There was a bit of a wait but no big deal considering it was a holiday. Food was good and a good value. But the standout was Sam! He was so nice and upbeat, especially for working in a holiday. I was able to have a quick chat with him and he’s awesome. He deserves a raise and I think Sam should be the manager!

Slooooooow. Be warned, even if you order ahead online it will probably take them about 30 to 40 minutes to make your order. This has been my experience at least five times.

I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger, I got 2 patties with a little mayo and mustard, and no cheese. Pretty disappointing. I won’t be going back again.

Fast food usually isn't that great in general but this food was pretty disgusting. Got some soggy tacos, abused burger and a soda flatter than flordia. Eat at ur own risk
