Went in this evening to order a smoothie bowl and the young girl said they put everything away and all they can serve was smoothie. This was about closing time. When we got the order she did not fill my cup all the way. She did not act like she cared. She was upset we came in late. This is not the only time this has happened. The quality of service has got worse and nothing has been done about it. The same girls work at night and no improvement on their service and attitude. I like jamba juice smoothies. But not the service.

I’m disappointed with this Jamba Juice, I used to work at a Jamba Juice location and this one needs a lot of help. They always close the juicer super early and put away the bakery items early too. Which really sucks because I want to order them, I came in about 2 hours before close and they said they were out of the waffles when I saw the last thawed one on the counter behind her. Pointed it out and at least they sold it to me reluctantly after that. Super frustrating because when I worked at one of the locations I would always make the customers whatever they ordered off our menu. Whether that meant heating it twice if it was frozen or reopening the juicer. They need MORE TRAINING and better management. Please make sure they aren’t closing things down early or if they do at least make sure they will still sell them to your customers.

I don't know what has changed in their training, but boy has this locations staff really gone down hill!! I will have to pay attention to the one girls name next time I'm in, but if that particular worker is there my order is NEVER correct!! The excuse she gave was "she was new" but she's been there for at least 2 months now. I ordered an orange dream machine (my favorite!) and somehow got a strawberries wild! Not even in the same realm of flavors or ingredients!! When I said it wasn't what I ordered she said that's what was put in the computer... Didn't offer a refund or to make a new one, because that is what the computer said. Typically I don't make a fuss if there is a slight error, but this is the 3rd time my order has been so far off that I'm losing all faith in this location!

Great smoothies, a little on the spendy side but they have a great rewards program! Everyone that works there is very friendly! I do wish they had a better system for online orders. I usually order food through apps or online so that I don’t have to stand in line, but if you order online here you still have to stand in the line and wait for everyone in front of you to order before you can tell them that you’re there to pickup. On the plus side they are usually very quick, but it’d be nice if there was a separate spot for online order pickup so they could just grab it out of the fridge for you and save you some time.

Found it odd that the cashier didn't ask if we had a reward account, and didn't hand us a receipt either. She did ask the two customers after us if they had a rewards account.
