I was not asked if I wanted it, but my sandwich was toasted. I did not know it would be automatically toasted. I hate toasted sandwiches. There’s nothing worse than hard bread. I was over toasted. It was so hard. Then to top it off, my ultimate Italian sandwich had so much oil on it, not only was the entire sandwich coated in, but there was a puddle of oil inside the wrapper. And then it gets worse. It dripped so much that my $40 blouse has oil all over now. I’m grateful I came home and changed out of my $80 work shirt; otherwise I’d be out $80 instead of $40. That was bar none the most disgusting sandwich I have eaten. Rock hard on the outside, and soggy on the inside. The lettuce and tomato were so slimy. I don’t waste food, which is why I ate it anyway. I would have brought it back except that I live 30 minutes away from that location. I don’t know what kind of training they received at that store, but I’ve never had a bad experience at a jimmy johns before. My husband wanted hot peppers on his gargantuan and there were barely any at all. I’m just glad we didn’t pay extra for them. What that sandwich did have though, was probably a quarter cup of mayo. He said it wasn’t that appetizing, but like me, doesn’t like to waste food and ate it anyways. These sandwiches are too expensive to be as bad as they were.

There was a girl with glasses who took our order and was insanely passive aggressive and very rude. There was no need for her attitude especially when no one else was in there but me and my husband. This is the second time I’ve come in and have had my order taken from her with the same attitude

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches, but I've been pretty disappointed with this location specifically. I placed an order in the app for curbside pickup, received a notification that my food was ready, then waited for 10-15 minutes before finally going inside and picking it up myself. This is the third time I have had this experience at this location. Again, the food is great but the service is lacking.

Food was the same as any JJ. I went in to order in advance for a good delivery the following day for a work meeting. They were very pleasant in the restaurant, but a few hours later I was called because they realized they messed up the delivery time. I had to get the company credit card a second time to pay again. The next day, the delivery was 20 minutes late. The driver called in advance to alert me though. So overall, kind of what is expected. It didn't work out perfectly, but they communicated well about it.

Bro..... Abby had just finished processing my order, and I hadn't even made it to the drinks when they gave me my sandwich.......what is that like 6 - 9 seconds?? Like do you have actual wizards working here? I was so taken aback I stood there stunned.....dang guys..

EDIT: BACK AGAIN SAME SHIZ! WHY....HOW YOU SO FAST!! I used to work in a fast food restaurant...no one is ever this fast. Props to the crew on the floor here. Greeted on the way in, everyone cares about doing their best. Everyone here is on a chic-fil-a level, and hopefully, this gets to the eyes of their manager so they can all get a bonus or something. You rarely see this devotion anymore. Quality crew!

This used to be the best restaurant in town but not anymore. The past 3 times I have ordered here have been extremely disappointing.
Today's visit I did a curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes for my food. I watched them put it on the walk-in and pickup shelves and had to go in after it. All of my peppers were in 1 bite.
They had 5 people in the store and no customers.
