Pretty skimpy with lunch meat. They didn't even help to offer suggestions to increase size of sub or upgrade for different size meat options. It was relish, just not enough.

I don't understand why some people think the bread is so good, it's just ordinary. Their sandwiches are okay, nothing special but the delivery is amazingly quick. Really the only reason I order from there on occasion.

My experience at this location was uncomfortable. The cashier taking our order would not make eye contact with me, and instead spent about five minutes talking to my baby before even entering the order. She asked very personal questions (age, weight, birthday, etc.) which felt inappropriate in that setting.
Throughout our meal, she came over to our table multiple times just to talk to the baby, and when we were leaving, she even followed us out to the car to continue the conversation. While I always appreciate a friendly hello or a quick comment about a baby’s outfit, this was far beyond that and felt intrusive. It made the experience unpleasant rather than enjoyable

I was not asked if I wanted it, but my sandwich was toasted. I did not know it would be automatically toasted. I hate toasted sandwiches. There’s nothing worse than hard bread. I was over toasted. It was so hard. Then to top it off, my ultimate Italian sandwich had so much oil on it, not only was the entire sandwich coated in, but there was a puddle of oil inside the wrapper. And then it gets worse. It dripped so much that my $40 blouse has oil all over now. I’m grateful I came home and changed out of my $80 work shirt; otherwise I’d be out $80 instead of $40. That was bar none the most disgusting sandwich I have eaten. Rock hard on the outside, and soggy on the inside. The lettuce and tomato were so slimy. I don’t waste food, which is why I ate it anyway. I would have brought it back except that I live 30 minutes away from that location. I don’t know what kind of training they received at that store, but I’ve never had a bad experience at a jimmy johns before. My husband wanted hot peppers on his gargantuan and there were barely any at all. I’m just glad we didn’t pay extra for them. What that sandwich did have though, was probably a quarter cup of mayo. He said it wasn’t that appetizing, but like me, doesn’t like to waste food and ate it anyways. These sandwiches are too expensive to be as bad as they were.

There was a girl with glasses who took our order and was insanely passive aggressive and very rude. There was no need for her attitude especially when no one else was in there but me and my husband. This is the second time I’ve come in and have had my order taken from her with the same attitude
